Our main audience is student groups.The baths are also good, including the large observation bath on the 12th floor and the red bath.The price is reasonable so it's very helpful.

A normal Japanese-style hot spring hotel. The service staff are very attentive, enthusiastic and professional. There happened to be a 6.2 magnitude earthquake that night. The hotel shook but no one was injured. The dinner was delicious and the breakfast was even better!

I have fond memories of staying there on a school trip in junior high school, so I stayed there as an adult.There were some parts that I vaguely remembered, and it was a good memory.

I used it on a school trip, but the food was not very tasty. Many of the items had lost their freshness.The carrying case didn't have a lock, so I closed it tightly to leave the room, but the carrying case was open. I can't believe it was done by an employee. I don't think I'll use it anymore

In 2019, I traveled to Hokkaido with a group. Stayed here for one night. Soaking in the hot springs, with snowflakes flying above your head, time is suspended in this most beautiful moment of life.

·I made a reservation for 3 people, but there were only 2 cups, and when I asked the hotel staff, they said, ``This is by design, so please use tableware cups.''·There were bath towels, but no face towels...·The humidifying air purifier was not being supplied with water and the room was very dry...

Akayu hot spring was the best. We stayed with two people, and the room was large for two people. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to eat the evening buffet because I was going to an event, so I got home late, but the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious. I was impressed to see the runway from the changing room in the public bath.

My husband and I stayed here for several nights, and when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by two men, and even though we weren't in a group, we were a little moved.It's a large hotel with a large capacity, so when I went down to the first floor to look at the shops, it happened to coincide with the check-in of a group of foreign guests, so the elevator couldn't keep up with me and a long line formed in front of the elevator on the first floor. I ended up in a situation where it took me a very long time to get on the train.The room was a Japanese-style room on the west side, and had a great view of Isabi-dori, Mt. Hakodate, Hakodate Racecourse, etc.The large natural hot spring bath is on the top floor, so the view is great, and the open-air red hot spring bath was very relaxing.It was a buffet for dinner, but it was all-you-can-eat, had a wide variety of items, and was delicious. We especially enjoyed raw foods such as squid, sweet shrimp sashimi, and salmon roe. However, the aforementioned group customers entered first, so it was very crowded, and some items on the menu ran out of stock quickly. What was also a bit disappointing was that the scallops and other dishes were pre-cooked and had gotten cold.The shop had a good selection of items, and there were many items that were only sold here, so I ended up buying quite a few items, including alcohol and souvenirs.Also, Sagawa Express is the only courier service available, and if I wanted to use Yamato Transport's courier service, I had to take it to a nearby 7-Eleven, which was inconvenient, but overall I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

You can enjoy the precious "Akayu", which is only found here in Hakodate, in the large public bath on the top floor. All the staff are kind, especially the front desk staff at night.Due to the effects of the coronavirus, it appears to be currently closed and is only open for school trips. I hope it ends soon and I would like to use it again.

The most noteworthy feature is the bath with a wonderful view.Located on the top floor of the hotel, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Hakodate's million-dollar night view while soaking in hot water.Most women's baths are fenced in to prevent prying eyes, and the view is not good, but this one probably has no tall buildings nearby, so the changing rooms and bathtubs are closed.Some parts are made of large glass.I think you can see it with a high-performance telescope, so I don't recommend it to people who are nervous about things like that.The content of the meal is pretty good...I guess.There is no live kitchen.They restocked frequently and never ran out of stock.The crabs are generously replenished and I am very impressed.The room was clean. The only negative rating was that the hallway always smelled like cigarettes.Overall, it was a hotel that I would like to visit again.

Yunokawa HeiseikanI woke up early to see the sunrise in Hokkaido. The sunrise view from the Heiseikan. The temperature in Hokkaido in the early morning at the end of October is low, but there is no snow yet.
