If the owner/boss does a lot of good service, but if the staff is totally different, the water is sometimes very cold, the hot is very hot, even though the position is in the same direction, not all rooms have ashtrays for smoking rooms, if the staff asks for an ashtray, they will definitely be told it's already in the room. Sometimes I stay for 1 day, sometimes 2 days, if I tell them about the condition of other ashtrays and so on, the staff will definitely think that I'm in the wrong for not telling them, even though I've been told beforehand, and the staff should be the ones who check the condition of the room they want to rent out, and not all of them. the room can watch TV, the location is very good and strategic.

In room 101Fragrant soapNo toothbrushes or toothpaste availableThe towels don't look like hotel towels.There is no hot water available, even though the water is smooth and fast.The flush button is brokenThe sink sometimes gets cloggedThe bathroom door is noisy when opening and closingThere are no teapots or coffee sachets availableThe TV remote was brokenPillows do not really reflect hotel pillows. It's all withered.The wifi is super bad, lags and often disappears.The intention was to have a staycation, but this is more suitable for backpackers with minimal budget and facilities.I sneeze more and runny because I happen to be allergic to dust and cold. So it's possible that the room is damp and dusty. But there is no strong musty smell.The location is very good and the staff are very kind and let us take water from the dispenser many times.Would I like to stay here again? No.

There are no toiletries, even though they aretake a suite, only 1 water, no longer there :(, the intention is to go for a day, the conditions are so good it's better to look for another accommodation

Not bad cheap hotel for waiting for the ferry to Singapore... but not so good for those with disabilities, steep stairs, smelly bayclin... the room has a dirty bed, no trash can, no wifi, no hot water...The only thing that's wrong is that you're friendly...that's all...good luck, please improve if you want to be competitive...Regards
