It was a new building and a wonderful environment.Speaking of greed, we had a BBQ on the terrace on a rainy day, but it was a little rainy. It would have been nice if there was a way to do it comfortably on the terrace even in the rain...

The futon in the rental villa was like a rice cracker futon, and I was still sore the next day.

I don't recommend it because the internet and location are terrible. As for networks, Docomo and Softbank are almost completely wiped out, and although you can make calls, communication is almost impossible, and you can't even receive Maps or emails. The Wi-Fi installed in the room was almost unusable due to Softbank Air, and when I asked the front desk, they said it was by design.High-speed mobile Wi-Fi was available as an option, so when I tried it out, it turned out to be an AU type of communication, which I think was intentional. The room itself wasn't bad, but the entrance to the car was so bad that both cars would scrape under the floor no matter what they tried to do when exiting. Also, there is heavy traffic around the front desk in the mornings and evenings, making it quite difficult to stop your car.Almost certainly won't go again. I think it would be better to stay at another hotel or vacation rental nearby.

I made a plan to stay without meals! It was very nice to have a quiet time. However, I felt that the cleaning was neglected.Dust was noticeable. This time I thought I'd move up the rank and get a different cottage.

I made a reservation through Omakase and was disappointed.①I think the room was cleaned beforehand, but it was full of dead insects.② I had a BBQ in my room, but I don't understand why infants are free in the village, but if they stay in their room, they have to pay the same price as adults.③If you don't have a smartphone signal, I wish you would have explained this at the time of reception.④It is unclear whether maintenance is being done in advance. (There was a lack of kerosene, so there was no hot water.)⑤I was hoping for a fireplace, but it wasn't installed.(no explanation)⑥When we changed to BBQ in our room, we were told to have it on the terrace, but in reality we grilled it in a space for one person (balcony) and ate it in our room.Insects get in, the room gets cold, and I can't recommend it.Next time, I would like to stay in a cottage near the front desk.

.My husband and I stayed in a new cottage for one night on weekday May 11th.It's new so it's very clean, butNo closet, chair, clock, or USB terminal.Seems inconvenient for long stays.I think it would be comfortable if this could be improved. The staff's response is not bad.For dinner, we had shabu-shabu at Momi, a Japanese restaurant. The woman in the hall was very nice. It was an all-you-can-eat option, and the first portion was prepared for three people. I think the percentage of pork is a little high. So it was enough without adding anything. I think the taste is like this since it's all you can eat.The fresh greenery is beautiful this season, and the spacious premises areIt feels great for a morning walk.I think you should experience it at least once.Change the day as of 24/10This is my impression after using the rental vacation home several times.Wi-Fi is weakRather, there are buildings that originally lacked facilities.I'm saying that there is, though. Can't connectTowels include bath towels and face towels.Only for the number of people, there are no toilets, kitchens, or toilets. This is inconvenient.I think you need to be careful about using blankets for your lap in the breakfast room.Animal hair is amazingIt is better not to use it as it will stick to your clothes.Or rather, once you think it's been taken advantage of.I wish you could wash it.The rental villa was newly built in the past year or two and is beautiful. Each bath has its own personality and is fun.I haven't cleaned the four corners of the room yet.It was a mountain hut, so it was okay...

・Each cottage is too far apartIt would be better to indicate the distance from the front desk and restaurant on the PC site. Even if I had to eat and go home, I would have to drive 2 to 3 kilometers away to drink alcohol.・Difficult to locateFor first-time visitors, the location of each cottage is too difficult to understand. Signboards and easy-to-understand information signs for each section are required.・Food is too unfriendlyEven if you specify dinner when making a reservation or check in online in advance, there is no point unless you go through the procedures directly at the front desk on the day of your reservation. So, I had to wait in line for a long time at the front desk, and when I arrived at the dining venue from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, I was mysteriously told, ``The earliest we will be able to guide you is 8:30 pm.If you have a different meal, we can guide you right away.'' Description of. Unfriendly staff who didn't understand that we were guests with small children. Normally, the tables are divided into two or three shifts, and the number of guests is supposed to be limited in advance at the reservation stage, but it seems like they are clearly accepting guests who are over the capacity of the dining venue. If you want to have the dinner you want, you need to be given clear instructions in advance about when to go to the front desk. The same goes for breakfast.・The staff are not very familiar with it overall. There is an undeniable feeling that there is a shortage of human resources, but I think that because the management side is investing in facilities and equipment without properly training employees, there are a lot of complaints from guests everywhere. As a staff member involved in the tourism industry, I get the impression that the level of staff is quite low. We are trying to cope with this by digitizing many things, but many aspects of the traditional analog methods remain, which confuses the field staff themselves. Since various pieces of information are not unified and mixed together, guests do not know clearly what to believe or rely on.You are potentially losing a sizable number of customers who could become repeat customers. Please provide services commensurate with the price.
