Reply from owner 2 months agoAre you an idiot? The coffee is made with a siphon, but...If a dumb amateur posts something useless, it will eventually lead to a lawsuit.Owner, please don't be so angry. Because I know how wonderful you are. There is no such wonderful shop. We can be proud of it to the world. You are sure to be impressed by the customer service that is on par with today's World Heritage Sites. Everyone please take advantage of it. Definitely recommended! ! !

The service are impeccable, love the hidden rules on how you can eat your meal. We ordered a black curry but however the black curry was not black enough. Front desk was lovely as we had a chat about life. I highly recommend this place to kumano pilgrimage if you missed home. The server makes you feel at home like a mother.

As mentioned in the review below, when I actually visited the restaurant, I found that the host was very rude. I don't know who it was said to, but it was probably the lady in the hall who was saying something that sounded like a joke. Even though the food was delicious, I woke up all at once. I couldn't believe that this was happening right next to Kumano Taisha. After looking at the response from the owner of the review below, I was satisfied.

The inside of the store was very clean, but there was no friendliness at all.The coffee had no scent and felt like it had been reheated.I posted this because it's all about my love and taste, so I hope it will be helpful for future reference.

Spent 3,900 yen on take out hot chocolate (like 5 mins work). The chocolate was weak, which is fine, so it’s not their specialty, but my small cup was only 3/4 full. And the host seemed really put out to let my family use the bathroom. If you don’t want people to use the bathroom, just say you don’t have one. She also seemed put out that my kid left a chair 4 cm out of place. I’ll give three stars, hopeful they were just having a bad day, or there was some-sort of miscommunication. But I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We did not stay overnight here but stopped in to rest weary feet from a day of hiking while waiting for the next bus. The server was friendly greeting and seating us at the window which had a lot of space for our packs. Shortly after seating came two glasses of water; we ordered regular coffee, cafe latte and a pizza. Alongside the coffee drinks was raw sugar and truffles. The cheese pizza was a 'cut your own' style and was very tasty; it was served with a peppery olive oil to drizzle or dip the crust. The pizza was a perfect light snack.
