Decent hotel,decent room,great customer service from staffs.Easy access to M1 hotel if ure gg for karaoke.Few metres away from Way way seafood.Easy to get grabcar.BUT...,Don't buy rokok from the hotel,SUPER EXPENSIVE.My Marlboro lights cost around 115k rupiah whereby u can get it around 60k plus rupiah at the 24/7 shops just couple of meters away from the hotel.

We stayed one night at his hotel. The location of this hotel is superb and walking distance from the Ferry Terminal. The staff were very friendly and extend help without us asking. We wanted to walk to the Ferry Terminal but the Security staff offered us a ride upon seeing having elderly amongst us.The restaurant serves great Indonesian fried rice and very obliging in cooking and customizing up good food for us.There is a good bar on the 13th floor which offers good view of the sea facing Singapore.The lobby area has a kid’s playground and a PlayStation play area with good comfort.The staff were very friendly and smiling always.The hotel is within the Ferry Terminal zone and is very safe.

There's no need to give it 5 stars if the service at Yello is a 3 star hotel, the service is like 5 stars, the facilities are adequate, breakfast is delicious, lots of choicesFriendly staff, clean roomsI have to stay here

The second time I stayed and it was traumatic, on September 26 at 11 pm, my room door was opened by an unknown man, who also had a key with the same number as my room.I called the receptionist, no one said sorry, my phone was immediately put on hold, is this how to handle customer complaints?I'm a woman and a man enters my room, it's not funny and it's not something to be taken lightly
