After a long time, I came across a hotel that I don't want to stay at again. The customer service is terrible. He's always blunt, and when I ask him questions, he only gives vague answers, and his content is also vague. (When I asked about the cost of a coin laundry, the amount I was told was different from the amount actually required.)The phone call to the front desk will not connect until about 10 calls have passed. Also, the bathtub in the unit bath was clogged and wouldn't drain. This is just my opinion based on my personal experience, but I don't think I would want to repeat it.

The exterior looks old, but the interior has been recently renovated and is quite clean, including the water area. Recommended as a business hotel.【room】I stayed in a single room and it was quite spacious. There is a long desk that is convenient for unfolding your belongings. There is a refrigerator. No mineral water. There are also two USB ports in the bedside outlet. The lighting in the room was too dark for me.[Amenity]There is a toothbrush in the room. Bring your shaver, comb, and cotton swabs from the front desk. There is also a shampoo buffet in front of the front desk.【bath】Single rooms have unit baths. However, it is much larger than other apartments. The shower is quite strong so it feels good.【place】It's about a 10 minute walk from the nearest station, Iidabashi Station. There is a Family Mart convenience store about 5 minutes walk away.【others】There are vending machines (no alcohol), microwave ovens, and ice machines on the 8th floor, and coin laundry machines on the 2nd and 6th floors.

The location is close to Tokyo Dome, and there are many restaurants near the dome, so it's not an inconvenience. I also think that the customer service is very sophisticated. In the guest room, the bathroom doorknob and the joints of the bathtub were moldy and the cleaning was poor. Also, regarding the room, the photos on the reservation site were very clean and well-represented, so I was surprised and disappointed at the difference. The paint on the desk is bald and tattered, and the wallpaper is dirty, giving the impression of being ``old'' rather than ``old.''Even if it's old, I think it's fine as long as it's well maintained and cleaned, but if it's not, I feel like it's a bit lacking.I think this room is not proportionate to the price of 16,000 yen per night.

It was difficult because the station exits for the subway and the conventional line were directly opposite each other. The appearance was very beautifulThe bathroom can't be ventilated so it's kind of inconvenient.

It's a quiet place, but there are no convenience stores nearby. You have to go to Iidabashi for restaurants, bars, and convenience stores with a wide selection of products. The room is a bit old-fashioned and the facilities are old.
