The rooms at this hotel are characterful and spacious. It’s really nice to incorporate the creations of local artists. Suitable for people who are willing to try something new.But there is one thing that makes me very dissatisfied. If you need to store your luggage after check-out, their fee is 2,000 won. This is simply a money grab. It was the first time in my life that I was charged such a high fee to store my luggage in a hotel.

For families with young children, the large space inside is great. The two double beds in Room 202 where we stayed were also 150cm wide. There is space for cooking in the room, as well as cutlery and dishes, which is very convenient. The bathroom is spacious, has a bathtub, and a washing machine with washer-dryer, which is beyond expectations. Not far from the subway station, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and drugstores nearby.

As others have said, I don't really recommend this place if you're looking for service or the feeling of being treated with respect. However, I quite like being greeted at the front desk and not having to carry my luggage. You can enter and exit easily. The location is just one street from the main street, and the rooms are amazing.I stayed for about 13,000 yen, but the bed was big, the bath was really big, and there was even a kitchen and a washing machine. If I'm going to stay in Tokyo for several nights, I'd like to stay here even if it's a little far away.

It's a place that I don't even want to give one star to, and I don't want to have anything to do with it ever again. Anyway, first of all, the room stinks! It stinks too much! ! It was very unpleasant, but I was told that I would not be able to change my room or receive a refund. I had to pay 45,000 yen per night for 5 nights of hell. Also, the person in charge, Hayashi, says that even if the guests become unwell due to this unpleasant smell, we are not at fault. Furthermore, I am tired of over-hyped advertisements where the image is completely different from the photo. In reality, he has no sense at all when it comes to crazy art. This is the worst accommodation. Definitely not recommended.

I recently had a reservation that unfortunately ended in a disappointing experience. Due to a family emergency involving my child, I had to cut short my stay at the hotel 1/4 days were spent. …

Each room is uniquely designed, and this is the Zen Garden on the 4th floor. Each floor has only one unit. We had a very large traditional living room, king bed, kitchen, bathroom, and washer in the kitchen. Also, surprisingly, we got a balcony as well.7/11 is nearby for any quick errands. There are plenty of restaurants in 2 to 5 mins walk. Train station is about 8min walk.Checkout is 11am, and we needed to stay till 1pm. They charged just 2000yen for the late checkout, which is totally reasonable.Highly recommend it!
