I booked a cheap course on Rakuten Travel and it cost 6,950 yen for 1 night and 2 meals. The interior of the hotel had a Showa-era atmosphere and was showing its age, but the toilets in the guest rooms had been renovated into clean toilets with heated toilet seats. Of course, the hot springs were hot springs, so it was a comfortable stay for me ♪

I was able to find a relaxing inn for the first time in a while. The quality of the hot springs flowing directly from the source is also good.It was a typical inn meal. The quantity and quality are perfect. We were also provided with a shuttle service from Myoko Kogen Station. The husband of the inn was a rather quiet person, but I think the inn is a quiet place where you can spend time alone or as a couple without excessive interference.Still, the 8,000 yen range for one night and two meals is amazing! It's probably not a very popular tourist destination, so we had a quiet time even during the three-day weekend.Highly recommended for those who like hot spring resorts with a secluded atmosphere.Personally, I would love to come again!I hope you continue to do your best and continue your business.I wonder if the people who posted low ratings were probably thinking of a luxury inn. It's not for those people.

First of all, it is a secret hot spring. Hot water is good. And it's reasonable. In addition, I was impressed by the efforts made to improve the service in terms of meal volume and bathing time. Close to the slopes.Indeed, as others have said, the entire facility is undeniably dilapidated, and there are places where there is an unpleasant odor. There is only one shower in the bathroom, and the output is very gentle, and it shuts off at night. There were some negative things about not having bath towels (although there were face towels) and the fact that the back was in ruins and it was scary, but I thought it was all about the essence of the journey.Personally, I think of it as a ``secret hot spring inn with a rustic atmosphere.''As a side note... there were so many foreigners at the ski resort and on the streets at night. Apparently only Japanese people were staying at this inn.My impression is that foreigners with money stay in hotels, while natives stay in inns. Akakura Onsen Town has changed completely from a few years ago, and it is clear that management is in dire straits.Luxuriously soaking in the hot spring water, looking at the old fixtures and stains on the walls that give you a sense of history, closing your eyes and breathing in the scent of the hot water, and immersing yourself in your own thoughts...There is no greater luxury for a Japanese person than this. ....What?This is an inn that I would definitely come back to again! !

Advantages: Close to the ski resort, cheap and provides dinner on the same day and breakfast on the next day.Disadvantages: It is far from the station, there is no shuttle service, the toilet is a squat toilet, there is only one shower head in the bathhouse (for men), the bathhouse is small, the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel cannot be connected to the third floor, and the Wi-Fi on the first floor is not smooth .If you come here to save money, it will meet your needs. However, if you need a minimum basic accommodation standard, this hotel may not be able to meet your requirements.

Slope access: within walking distanceInside the building: It's cold. Is it because there aren't many customers? (12/23). Is it old and in need of repair? There are many places where I thinkDrying room: Boot storage area is warm. The board storage area is coldRoom: Cold even with the heating turned on. I'm sensitive to cold, so I can't sleep because my feet are cold, so I took a foot bath in a hot spring and then went to bed. No additional blankets No bath towelsBath: There is only one shower. The hot water flow is also weak. As it is a hot spring in Akakura, the quality of the hot springs is very good and you can bathe there even at night. Keep it warm for a long time. Hair dryer allowedMeal: The dining room was pretty cold. The food content is also quite low. Even though it's Niigata, the rice isn't delicious either.Communication: Radio waves OK. Wi-Fi quality is also goodOthers: Parking is OK. There is a slight slope. You can leave your luggage in the lobby afterwards. There is a changing roomOverall: The bad aspects of Myoko's inn are fully exposed. Basically no repeats. Circle/friend use → Available only for members who want to keep costs as low as possible. With her → Absolutely impossible

It’s been a long time since I’ve had dinner at a ryokan, and it was great! The hot springs were also good.
