Eiko is the best host I had during my time in Japan and the value for staying there is incredible. :) I stayed an extra night than originally planned because it was that good of a deal.

I used it when walking the Kumano Kodo and arriving at Kumano Hongu Taisha. We stayed for 3 nights in total.A guest house that stands quietly in a residential area, which can be said to be a hidden gem in Hongu Town. I think the accommodation costs are very reasonable. The room is extremely clean and stylish. There is a wide wooden deck in front of the eaves, and there are kotatsu and folk crafts, making it look like a general store. Furthermore, there is a kitchen and counter next to it, making it very open and exciting. The owner was very friendly and taught me a lot about Motomiya town, about overseas, folk crafts, herbs, etc. Anyway, being here makes me feel at peace from the bottom of my heart. 5 stars just isn't enough. thank you as always.

This is a wonderful inn where you can feel the care of the owner.Although the building itself is an old private house, the bedrooms were very clean and I was able to sleep with peace of mind. The homemade herbal tea served in the morning had the best taste.
