Sorry to say. There is nothing special about the room.The sink was crusty, the bathroom gave the impression that it had been 'neglected'.Apart from that, the restaurant atmosphere is quite cozy even though the food is not very varied.But the gym facilities are very capable and spacious compared to other hotels. It was observed that the visitors were very enthusiastic about the swimming pool facilities, but I didn't have time to try it. There are also exercise classes which really liven up the atmosphere of the hotel.

It is good as a budget hotel and when we want to be freely serve ourselves around the hotel. Buffet breakfast set up is quite good in variety of choice.|Some area needs attention to be touched up such as furniture in the room, dining table around the pool.

It's actually good, the service is also good, just by chance I got a room where the AC had run out of freon and the water tap for the toilet was leaking so there was standing water all the time on the floor🙏

The room is dirty and smells of cigarettes...Even though I ordered using Agoda, the service was zero... Asked to check the room for the smell of cigarettes but it wasn't done

Even one star is not deserved, room is too dirty, was not well maintained. Even after room change requested. Every corner is dusty. And bad smell at every corner. The toilet is too dark. If the complimentary drinks area is dirty. Dry rice spotted on the bed. I dont recommend. Dont be a fool to book this place. This will be my last visit in this hotel

The condition of the building is not well maintained. The sales team doesn't coordinate with the hotel staff. When holding an event, no one is on standby. And some of the requests we submitted were not provided. Good wifi. AC cold. There is a three-story fitness swimming pool. There's a jacuzzi. This is a good hotel if it is maintained and if the sales are diligent.

I thought the hotel was good, but it turned out to be just ordinary. It seems a bit neglected. The toilet was dirty, until we asked the staff to clean the bathroom. The corridors are smelly, hot and neglected, a lot of rubbish that stays put outside and scattered around. Then the pillowcase also has spots. Luckily I only stayed for a day.
