The bath, toilet (Western-style with washlet), sink, and refrigerator/freezer are shared. It was clean and well kept. Free washing machines and dryers (one for men and one for women) can be used until 9pm.Because the size of the dormitory is small, there are not many people using the communal facilities, so it was nice to be able to use them comfortably.Cooking utensils and kitchen facilities can be used free of charge as long as they are restored to their current status. Lay the futon yourself. We stayed as a family of three men and women, but there were no triple rooms available at a nearby hotel, so we stayed here. I was worried because there wasn't much information about the facilities, but after consulting with them directly over the phone and making a reservation, I was able to use a 4.5 tatami room with two rooms connected to each other. thank you very much. For reference, the free rental amenities include a pot, hair dryer, yukata, and cups, which can be rented at the reception. Paid amenities were 100 yen for a towel set (bath towel/face towel set) and 50 yen for a toothbrush. The bathhouse had shampoo in conditioner and body soap.

Continuing from last year, my two family members used it repeatedly when the Bihoro Garrison was opened to the public. It's about a 30-40 minute walk from Bihoro Station, so it's not too far to walk, but unless you're traveling by car or motorcycle, I think it's better to take a taxi.Although the facility is an agricultural and fishery training center, the general public can stay there for 3,520 yen per night per adult.Since the facility is basically a room without meals, you will need to prepare food in advance, but there are drink vending machines inside the facility. (No alcoholic beverages)Since I was alone, I was guided to a 6 tatami private room. The room is equipped with an air conditioner, TV, and safe for valuables, and the toilet, bath, and refrigerator are separate. There is a washing machine in the toilet. The bath is large enough for three adults to stretch out and take a bath at the same time, and is equipped with conditioner shampoo and body soap, and is open from 5pm to midnight.(Shower can be used 24 hours)Yukata can be rented upon request due to the new coronavirus.Face towels and bath towels can be rented as a set for 100 yen.Accommodation fees are generally paid in advance.Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, and smoking rooms are located at the front. If you stay overnight, you will receive a free ticket to visit the Bihoro Museum, which is located on the same premises.(Closed the day after a public holiday as a substitute holiday)The itinerary I stayed on this time was sunny, but I couldn't see the starry sky because of the gas, but I heard that you can see the starry sky on clear nights from autumn to winter, so I recommend bringing your camera. Don't forget to bring a tripod if you have one.All the staff were very kind and polite, and I was able to enjoy my last trip with my mother this time. This is an inn I would like to stay at again next year.

The price is not expensive, and it feels like the Hokkaido Forest Farm. However, the accommodation is very complete. There are refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers. There is also a public kitchen on the first floor. Although the location is remote, it is just right away from the hustle and bustle.
