0 star for this hotelIf you want to experience the worst hotel in Batam Island, please come here. Don't be fooled by their ratings. I don't deny that this is a cheap hotel, but it doesn't mean you can treat your customers like this. First of all, this is a very bad location. It is located inside the wholesale market and the road conditions are very bad. After check in at front desk, you will see the very hellish room quality. The toilet floor is disgusting. The bed sheet is yellow. Yes, it is yellow. Very disgusting 🤮🤮, the air conditioner is hot air. The chairs and tables are very dirty. There are blood clots on the floor. The whole room is filled with very, very bad smells and very strong smoke. Very, very bad experience. Seeing such room quality, I immediately moved out and lost money for two nights, but I am happy to lose money, otherwise I dare not think about how I would spend these two nights.

Can't sleep well, in the middle of the night on the phone I just want to ask what time I checked in... even though when I checked in I asked for my ID card and check in time... the bathroom was broken the AC was broken

The towel was torn like a doormat. When it rains it's muddy and the market smells. For the size *3 listed, it is far from adequate. Finally moved to an Osaka hotel which was close to the property. More worthy.

please don’t expect to have a comfortable stay with the cheap price. they don’t take deposits. that explains well how the room condition is. bedsheets is so dirty even after they change it. room is smelly and found cockroaches moving around on the room and bathroom. have to stay here because most of the hotels are full due to indonesia independent day. overall it was a not good experience. if you are not on a tight budget, please book for another hotel

Prices are relatively cheap for a three star hotel. The location is actually strategic, very close to the Jodoh market, if you want to eat and drink, buy fruit or want to hunt for used goods (thrifting) it is very easy to access. Want to go to the mosque, it's also close. However, the minus is that being near the market is definitely smelly outside the hotel and the road is muddy. If you bring a car, it's a bit difficult to access parking.The rooms are quite good, but the AC when we stayed yesterday wasn't cold enough. Take the deluxe one so there is a window. Facilities and services according to price. No breakfast.

This hotel is at the morning market, so the road is bumpy. The reception likes to change the room, another booking for another, no window, he ordered a non-smoking room for a room with a strong cigarette smell. If the type doesn't matter, it's ok.

The room is quite big, nice and clean, the AC is cold. There is a TV and there is no sound on. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn't work. There is no breakfast either.

Aircon made me sick, I blame the filter though, bathtub yellow, sink trash like Marshmallow, staff is kinda good though, however it's located in one of the most dangerous streets in Nagoya, though, just a room for sleeping, not for safe keeping, think it through, but you might not want to go through the suffering.
