I had something to do and stopped by the cafe next door, but it was the worst. It was raining that day and I had brought an umbrella with me, so I used the umbrella stand at this hotel. Afterwards, I tried to go home with a friend, but my umbrella was stolen. Apparently, our umbrella was stolen because we had put it in an umbrella stand called Free Rental Umbrellas. I contacted the hotel, but was told that it was my own responsibility for the umbrella being stolen, and that they would not be able to retrieve it even if I returned. Her attitude was overbearing, and even though she wasn't using the hotel, she didn't really look at the hotel from a customer's perspective. Furthermore, since it was still raining, I asked the hotel if I could borrow an umbrella, but they told me that it was possible, but that I had to return it. In the end, he returned the umbrella, but the way he said it made me wonder. I will never use this hotel again.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. By far the worst experience of our Japan trip.We arrived at 4.30pm, check-in was at 5pm(which is fine as we knew this in advance and was prepared to wait), despite this, we had to provide all our passports and then told to wait until 5pm. Then at 4.55pm they asked us to auto check in while 6 staff stood around and stared at us as we struggled to navigate the systems. They ended up auto putting us into different floors (we booked 6 months in advance and asked for rooms next to eachother).Rooms were absolutely tiny and bathroom stank like mould. I would never go back. ZERO stars.

Due to the typhoon coming, we were forced to cancel one last night. Because we cancel one day before, we were afraid that we couldn’t take the money back. However, Ms.Shiori (吉池志織)really did a great job. She was professional, nice and patient. Sequence is glad to have a staff like Ms.Shiori. Please get her higher pay or some bonus. She definitely worths it!

The accommodation experience during this trip was very good. Due to the typhoon, the flight had to be moved in advance. The hotel staff Shiori Yoshiike patiently assisted us in changing the accommodation date. Thank you very much for his help in giving us a good accommodation experience.
