Yes, I stayed in 201. It was quite comfortable. It had a sofa and a modern bathtub, and I could watch Netflix. SMS was used throughout the entire stay and it was available for check-in. However, I could feel the enthusiasm of the owner. Foreign tourists are no problem either. One thing worth noting is that , the light on the escape sign cannot be turned off, so remember to wear eye masks if you are afraid of light.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.Self check-in/out was easy and I was able to use it without any problems.The location was a little difficult to find, but I was able to get there without any problems after they sent me an explanatory video.It has good access to the station and Mt. Konpira, and there are convenience stores nearby.It was very comfortable to have a separate bathroom and toilet!There are no nightgowns, so you must bring your own.

Used due to high ratingI stayed on the third floor.The room is beautiful.Shower is okay... drainage is weakThe room is large and relaxing.butThe specs cancel out all the good points!Wall = Exterior wall is concrete, interior is from the bubble period.~On sunny days in summer, the concrete stores heat and keeps the walls hot and the room scorching...The air conditioner doesn't work like it's a punishment game.(I feel like it finally started working at 24:00)This is no goodThorough advance notice will be requiredIs the air conditioner a high output type?Measures such as keeping the exterior walls wet with regular showers are essential.Summer use is not recommended at all.Unfortunately, only 1 star

・Since it is new, it is very clean and neat.・The room is spacious and comfortable- Beds can be attached together so you can sleep with small children・Convenience store and pub are nearbyOverall it was a good accommodation.I'm a little concerned about noise and light at night, so I think it would be a good idea to have an eye mask and earplugs.

I used it to visit the Marugame boat race. The room is like a one-room apartment, with a living room of about 20 tatami mats, two beds, and a washroom, toilet, and bath all separated. The building is new and everything inside was clean and I had a very comfortable stay. In particular, the bath is not a small bathtub like a unit bath, but a large type for ordinary households, so you can soak in the hot water slowly like at home.If you are staying at a business hotel, we recommend this in terms of price. The only thing that bothered me was that the location of the building was difficult to find, but overall I was very satisfied.
