I have been using this service for about 10 years with my dog.It looks like pets will be prohibited starting next spring. They told me that the customer had an allergy, as if it was my dog's fault.Maybe that's not what he meant, but I think he could have said it a little differently. In addition, when I call out to them when I have a problem, I am often met with a cold response. That never happened before, but...It's always the same middle-aged women who react this coldly. The owner and the young woman were very kind and accommodating...Although it's an old building, the plumbing is well-maintained and the food is excellent, so I wanted to stay there until next spring (though the volume has been reduced compared to before), but it's as if I've been banned. So I won't be coming again. It's a shame because I've been using it for a long time.

The hot spring in front of the ski resort feels great, and the toilet in the room has a washlet.Dinner and breakfast weren't particularly elaborate, but they had a lot of variety and were delicious.A little too much for those of us in our 60s.I was a little worried because some reviews said it was cold, but the heating in the 6 tatami room was strong and there were no problems at all.The heating panel was difficult to see and I was confused about adjusting the temperature at first. The hallways and entrances are a bit cold, but that's normal for a guesthouse at a ski resort. It's the shortest inn, just 2 minutes on ski shoes to the gondola, but there was so much snow this time that we walked on the road, so it was a bit of a detour. It snowed about 1 meter and the car was turned into a small mound, but I managed to get it out with the help of the father at the hostel.Everyone, including my father, is cheerful and kind.Best accommodation considering the priceIt is recommended
