Amazing place, Hideko's hospitality was above all expectations. There is a hot bath inside the building, large rooms with Japanese hospitality (as far as I understand there are also rooms with other equipment). The surprise was the French breakfast. After a conversation it turns out that the owner of the house 30 years ago, studied at Cordon Bella in Paris and it is definitely noticeable. At night she also baked us the cakes, the meal included, an egg, on a not particularly kosher base, orange juice, yogurt with fruit, coffee and cake to finish...We arrived in summer, the season here is between December and March, when skiing is the focus, so arriving in September is ideal.

The breakfast is delicious, the couple is very kind, and the cleaning is very good, but the only problem is that dinner is not available even though it is an option.Since the couple is elderly, it can't be helped that they didn't have dinner, but I wanted to try dinner at the inn at least once. However, I will repeat it when I go to Myoko.

Sweet little B&B we stumbled across the night before we came to town. Mommi and Pappi were the sweetest hosts we’ve ever had. Arrived around 6p and Mommi insisted we have a cup of pour over coffee before we headed to dinner. Pappi offered to drive us anywhere we needed to go even though we had a car.Rooms are traditional, were clean and comfy.Hot springs is refreshed naturally every 8hrs from the Heavenly source up in Myoko.Breakfast was prepared by Mommi and quite delicious. Easily would come back here again over other places we’ve stayed in the area.

Absolutely lovely, run by an elderly couple in their 80s who are adorable. Coffee and home made baked goods on arrival. Would absolutely stay here again.

Myoko Kogen Cafe SurijieI can't read the name of the shop without furigana😂I found this cafe just before entering the pension, and since it was still early, I decided to stop in for a quick coffee. The mom from Kobe is said to be 81 years old, but she looks as youthful as someone in her mid-to-late 70s, and we have lots of fun talking about her 😄I ordered coffee, and it came with a refill, baked goods, and an original fruit pie (?).They also offered me a sweet love of French Kusumi tea (herbal tea) to try. The price was ¥500, which was a surprising price. The fruit pie (?) also has a strong sweetness, but the light dough neutralizes it and gives it just the right amount of flavor, and the moment you take a sip of Sweet Love, you can't help but smile at the moderately sweet aroma that spreads across your face 😄I was very satisfied that I was able to have a delicious and fun time 😄

A tail room located in Myoko Ikenohira. It's a little old, but the coffee is great. Grandma's service is great 😃⤴️⤴️
