I used it on my children's minibus expedition.Despite the large number of 24 people, the customer service was very polite and the food was delicious.The price including breakfast and dinner is very cheap and reasonable.The north first floor was a bed room that felt like home, and the north second floor was a Japanese-style room.They provided free washing machines, listened to our mealtime preferences, and even provided ice for the children's water bottles.If I ever go to Yamaguchi again, I would like to stay at Ikoi Ryokan.thank you very much.

I used it on a business trip. As other people have reviewed, the customer service is good and it's like coming to a relative's house. Although it's old, it's well-maintained, so if you don't mind the shared bath and toilet and thin walls, there's wifi, so I recommend it for a cheap price.By the way, please bring your own towel and toothbrush.

First time staying here. Stayed here for a few nights. It's a two-story concrete building that looks like it's over 30 years old. Japanese-style room with 4 and a half tatami mats, futon, TV, air conditioner, small table. Used in January, it's so cold that I can't sleep unless I turn on the air conditioner at night. At the time of construction, it was apparently a company dormitory. Accommodation for construction workers. General guests can stay here, but the facilities are not aimed at tourists. There weren't many guests so it was quiet, but the walls were apparently thin. The bath is about the size of a washing area for 4 people. The private room was clean, but as I don't smoke, it smelled a bit like cigarettes. The walls are also yellowed. We have not confirmed whether there are non-smoking rooms. You can use 7 or 8 washing machines for free, and there is no dryer, but a covered drying area. The woman who owns the place is very conversational and very attentive. It's cheap, clean, and quiet, but I was concerned about the smell of cigarettes. 4,290 yen/day Dinner 880 yen (home-cooked food with frozen food) Breakfast 440 yen
