If we could name all the service staff for warm and welcoming service, we would. However, those that we directly dealt with - Yeni from pastries, Leni and Ikhsan fr Beach Club, Febri, Dika, Putra, Allen, Fatah, Puspa fr Rempah - impressed us with their spontaneity, efficiency, smiles and service from the heart.We felt our 4-day stay was insufficient as we left the hotel! We had such tantalising food that we were stuffed after every breakfast, lunch and dinner! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable that our friends from far and near will hear us gushing about it! And thank you for the generous slice ofcheesecake from Rempah to send us on our way!

A good Marriott-affiliated hotel has opened in Bintan! The size and facilities are close to 5 stars. There is a beach in front of the hotel, although it is not private, and it is quiet and comfortable.It would be nice to have a little more trees like frangipani etc! Frangipani can be found everywhere in Indonesia!However, it was quite inconvenient to ask about ferry times when checking in, eating, and checking out, and telling people to use the hotel car.It wasn't pleasant to be asked the same questions over and over again. I came to the hotel to rest, not to be sold!Everything was good, but because of this part, I am leaving a not-so-good experience.

The staff were fantastic and always willing to go the extra mile. We had very pleasant experience at every single meal we had at the hotel restaurants and cafe. The food was tasty with generous portion. A few staff like Andreas from Beach cafe and Putera from Rempeh Kitchen were especially helpful and thoughtful! The room tho can be improved. The shower water temperature was inconsistent. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay at four points!

Stop by beach club four point by sheraton bintan. Even if you don't stay there, you can go in to the cafe and walk around the beach.

a good all in one experience staying and doing activities at this hotel. but I found flies in the restaurant's food dishes. Please take stricter care of the dishes. The food was delicious and had a good cover but for some reason I still found flies there. However, overall apart from the food dishes, it was good. In the egg breakfast section, please prepare hard-boiled eggs before the restaurant opens. It's not comfortable waiting in line even though there aren't too many guests. I was at another hotel but I was able to get the eggs straight away. Thank You

Spent a lovely weekend at Four Points Bintan - their service is extraordinary, rooms are spacious and massive swimming pool is definitely a highlight! The property doesn’t have a private beach but does have direct beach access to a quiet and sparsely crowded beach.

4 pointa is a peacefull and calm place to stay.Crew is extremely helpfull and polite. For me, comming from Europe, It was quite new experience with Asian culture and Indonesian approach to hotel's guests. Breakfasts were tasty and gave me opportunity to try different but owsome Indonesian food. Also Indonesian lunch was a wonderfull jurney across local kitchen. Rooms were clean and well equiped. If you plan visist take into consideration jellyfish season. Otherwise you can use swimmingpools witch are not very deep, however good enough to swim.

With convenient transportation, you can easily reach it directly from Singapore or Batam. A speedboat ride from Telaga Punggur takes about 30 minutes and costs 120,000 IDR, with transfer services available. The coastline is stunning, making it an excellent choice for swimming and kayaking. The beautiful and tranquil environment is also a great spot to enjoy a breathtaking sunset.

A relaxing stay over the weekend at Four Points. Service was wonderful; we appreciate the kind gestures of celebrating our family members' birthdays and wedding anniversaries. The staff paid great attention and made time to interact with us to find out our needs and seek feedback. Special thanks to Ledy from frontdesk, Ari and team from housekeeping, Syarif, Putra, Siska and team at Rempah restaurant, and Putri from the spa!We love the location; a short walk to the beach and Warung Yeah. My family enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet spread and we looked forward to the local Indonesian dishes every morning. The only concern we had was that some parts of the hotel are still under renovation and the furnishings are not as well done. Despite this, Four Points is worth a visit because of the welcoming staff and location. Will be back!

Rooms were as described. Overall was clean but after day 0, we noticed ants started invading our room and discovered that the ants came from the balcony.Hotel services were great. They have a kids club which can entertain kids from 1 year old onwards.Location wise, it is walking distance to Plaza Lagoi which allows you to stroll the beach and restock some supplies at the Yeah Mart.Overall, recommended!

I’d give 6/5 Stars. The location is beautiful, a lot of green and the white sand beach with its warm water is great for swimming. The hotel itself is also very modern and good looking. The staff is extremely friendly and the service at the buffet is great. I can also recommend the very relaxing message and the pool bar. There even are singers there.Would definitely come here again

As someone who works in the hotel industry in Broome, Western Australia, I have pretty high standards—and the Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay didn’t disappoint! My girlfriend and I stayed in a Deluxe King Room with a balcony and pool view, and it was spot on. The room was super clean, and the vibe was perfect for a relaxing getaway.The front office staff were absolute legends—check-in and check-out were done in under three minutes, which was impressive. We also had a romantic dinner at the El Lagoi Beach Club, and the atmosphere was just right for a special night out.A massive shoutout to Agung from housekeeping supervisor—this guy is the real deal! Not only did he make us feel incredibly welcome, but he also took the time to tell us everything about the hotel and even recommended some great spots to visit around Bintan Island for our next adventure. Agung is a true hospitality worker, delivering top-notch service with a genuine passion for what he does. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like that.Working in the hospitality industry myself, I know good service when I see it, and this place delivers. If you’re heading to Bintan, I highly recommend staying here. There are plenty of options in Lagoi, but nothing beats the experience at Four Points Bintan. We’ll definitely be back!

I fell sick on the second day. Mr. Nicho fat Rempah Restaurant noticed it. Not only did he suggest local healing tea, he also informed the reception that I was going to the doctor’s. I didn’t know the hotel provided a seri e where they would drive you to the clinic and call the doctor to be on stand-by. I was in turmoil thinking I had to order a taxi and sit for hours at the nearest clinic. But it was a seamless process thanks to Mr. Nicho. Mr. Syaiful drive me to the clinic and stayed with me throughout and brought me back to the hotel. The staff at Rempah were informed of my condition and they took very care of me. Though I had been sick throughout my stay there, I truly enjoyed the care and concern towards me by the staff at Rempah each time I dine there. They are so wonderful and the food was good. I highly recommend this hotel. Great view, great staff, clean rooms. Gym was awesome.

This was our first time at Four Points Bintan and the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were extremely helpful and friendly . The hotel is still not fully open so some of the facilities has to improve but overall, we had a very good time. We spent most of the time at the El Lagoi Beach Club, which was a lovely place to relax, and the staff was extremely friendly. Thank you, Febry , Dimas and Jesika for the lovely service. We will come again. Rooms need to improve, as our balcony area could not be used if it rained, and the sofas were not that comfortable, but it may be due to soft opening.

It is a nice and cozy place if you want to find a relaxing corner. The lobby, rooms, swimming pool, and view are fantastic. The food is mouthwatering. Most of all, the hotel staff always greet guests warmly and create a hospitable atmosphere. I highly recommend the Four Points Sheraton Hotel to anyone visiting Bintan.Lastly, thanks to the tour guide Sal for showing us around. We had wonderful memories in Bintan.See you next time!
