I used it for an overnight stay. The front desk service was good, but was there a meeting in the kitchen during dinner? I was doing it. It's not something you do when guests are in.💢I wanted to ask for a refill of rice, but the person serving the food was nowhere to be seen, so when I called out to the kitchen, they asked, ``Do you need something?''💢. Is there any response like this? I'm calling out to you because I have something to do 💢Are you an idiot? To make matters worse, the students on the school trip couldn't get refills of their meals, and the teachers only had a light bowl of rice, so everyone was hungry at night. For breakfast, there are two pieces of bread for sandwiches. When I opened the lid of the double box for one person, I was surprised to find that it contained ingredients to be sandwiched between bread, such as two pieces of lettuce cut into 3cm pieces and one piece of fried egg. Also some corn soup and a tablespoon of yogurt. I lost the desire to eat. The students who were staying there were probably starving. I gave it one star because it was nice that the new bathroom was built, but I really wanted to give it a minus five star. It's not that all the employees were bad, but the kitchen staff was really bad, so I had to write the worst comment. I'm not a customer god, but people go to hot spring inns to relax and feel comfortable, and if you work in the service industry, you should understand the nature of your job. That's how we get paid, so if we don't do proper work in the service industry, we won't have a future.

Everything is good for a high class store. However, I don't think the cost performance is particularly good.

I stayed there during the holidays with breakfast included, so the cost was 17,200 yen. A new hot spring facility has been built, so we used the bath there instead of the main building. It was very beautiful and smelled like cypress. The sauna and cold bath were nice.

The building itself is not particularly luxurious, and the location is surrounded by high-rise buildings and hotels, and the scenery is not great, but the employees are kind and warm-hearted enough to make up for it all. I thought the attentiveness was wonderful. Seeing us off after check-out was also a nice service. The new hot springs that are currently open are very clean and the scent of cypress will soothe you! Even my husband and son, who rarely take a bath in the morning, wake up early to go.If I ever go to Yuda Onsen again, I would like to make a reservation at Umenoya.

This is a small and relaxing hotel. The rooms and the inside of the hotel are well-maintained and clean. For dinner, we had a blowfish and steak plan, so we were able to fully enjoy the blowfish, and enjoyed the freshly cooked rice and dishes with plenty of summer vegetables. The employees are also polite and greet you. The quality of the hot spring water made my skin smooth and felt good.
