Since I was traveling on a budget, I stayed at a hot springs club.Don't compare it to a full-fledged hotel. There is no inconvenience.Everything will be fine if you look at the bath here and the hard-working staff who love this inn!

When I asked the man at the front desk about something I didn't understand, he gave me a very troubled look and quickly disappeared behind the front desk.Even though it's a hot springs inn, I wonder what it's like as a customer service industry.

Used for day trip hot springs.Shirazaru no Yu was very good, from the atmosphere to the quality of the spring water. This time I wanted to stay overnight. The curry soba I had for lunch was average.

Overall I was very satisfied. The food, hot springs, and customer service were all very good. The way the building has changed over time has a nostalgic feel that made me feel at home. However, I was disappointed that the hot water in the silver bath was dirty. It might have just been a coincidence that day, but...Other hot water was good.

I only went to the hot springs for a day trip using Jalan points, so I didn't receive any services at all. The only time I received customer service was when I first paid at the front desk, so I was able to get a good deal despite the curt response from the front desk, so please refer to those who stayed for the service.Since I was using public transportation, I researched my connections thoroughly in advance.Since we were using public transportation, it was difficult to have flexible time schedules, but since we had planned our trip from the beginning, we were able to fully enjoy the lead hot springs without any problems. There are various hot springs such as open-air baths and rock baths, and the water quality is good, and since I went on a snowy day, I could feel the atmosphere. The building and interior of the hot spring inn were old, but it was acceptable for my wife and I as we liked the quality of the hot water. There was a new bath in the back. There were hardly any places to take a break, so it was a stoic day trip to the hot springs. You can see the waterfall and river from the small sofa seats. There were a lot of hot water in the open-air bath and the rock bath, so it was warm forever, and although it was cold and I had to wait 5 or 6 minutes for the bus to return, I didn't catch a cold.
