Thank you for your help for 3 days.It was very quiet, morning, noon and night, the garden and the room were beautiful everywhere I looked, and I had a very relaxing stay. The young chief priest's personality is also wonderful. If you request breakfast in advance, we will arrange for breakfast to be served at a long-established kamaboko restaurant. This was also very delicious. My stay in Hagi became even more memorable. I would like to visit you again someday when you come to Hagi.

It was my first time staying at a lodging. The room and garden were very beautiful, and it was quiet so I had a good night's sleep. The morning sutra experience and talk were very helpful. The customer service was also wonderful. thank you very much.

We love it here -- the room is spacious, modern but traditional, and spotlessly maintained. The Japanese gardens in the front and inside are both well manicured. We ordered both dinner and breakfast. Both are delicious -- especially the vegan dinner. Location wise, it's just 8 minutes walk from the Hagi old town. There are a supermarket and a drug store 2 minutes away. The morning chant and the scripture copying activities are calming and relaxing. We also volunteered to vacuum the main hall. . The manager / owner's son 坪井さん is very friendly and explained everything in details. All in all, a lovely experience. Would highly recommend to anyone happens to be in Hagi.

Maybe it's because it's still new, but as soon as I opened the front door, I could smell the nice smell of wood.First of all, I was impressed by this spacious and beautiful entrance✨Everything was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the tables and chairs were nice. There are even chargers and tripods that are compatible with smartphones. It is a perfect facility. The bathroom is a unit bath and the Mitarai isIt's a little far away because it's shared with a danka, but it was spacious and clean.I only asked for breakfast. It was a delicious rice ball bento box from a long-established kamaboko shop in Hagi, and even the soup stock was delicious.I was also able to perform morning services (reading sutras with the chief priest) and had a valuable experience. If you wish, you can leave your smartphone with us and enjoy a digital detox. It was so comfortable that my partner said he wanted to live here (lol)This is one of the accommodations I would like to stay at again.thank you very much.

I was greatly comforted by the kind and warm response of the chief priest. The talk was very interesting and easy to understand, and the content could serve as a lesson for myself in the future. The room had nice light coming in from the window, and I was able to relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful garden.Breakfast was also very delicious. I would like to stay here again when I come to Hagi. thank you very much.

We had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend to any visitors to Hagi. The rooms are beautifully laid out and it's very peaceful. Great location for visiting the old town and samurai school. The stay includes an activity - we chose the calligraphy lesson. The priest was very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We hope to return.

I used it to go to the Golden Week Hagiyaki Festival. I'm very satisfied. There is also a supermarket nearby, within walking distance from Meirin Gakusha. You can also walk around the castle town. The bus stop is also nearby. The brand new interior was more comfortable than anything else, and since only one group was allowed per day, we were able to spend a comfortable time almost as if we were in a private annex. The interior of the room is also very nice and you can feel the attention to detail in each piece. The main hall of the temple and the chief priest's home? Although it is not a completely separate house as it seems to be connected to a separate house, it does have a courtyard and feels quite private without feeling claustrophobic. It's very quiet probably because it's a residential area. We ordered breakfast and dinner, and it was nice to be able to eat them in the same room as we had children with us.It's on the wall side, but some people may be curious about the fact that there's a grave next door (it's a temple...). I can't see it if I close the shoji screen, so I'm not really concerned about it. Also, it was a windy day, so I was really worried about the noise coming from the windows at night. Well, the weather can't help it.Even if you deduct those points, I am very satisfied with the courteous service of the chief priest, the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation. Sightseeing in Hagi has become even more wonderful memories. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.
