Nothing much to complain.Host was very friendly and showed us everything before leaving.Of course you have to keep in mind that the prices will somehow reflect what you get.We were 4 people in a single room which was quite cramped up, but if you‘re planning to spend almost the whole day outside and only go to the hotel to sleep it‘s perfect. Got everything you need. Bath, little kitchen and refrigerator.In the bath shampoo and body wash was already there and also a washing machine (with washing powder) was available in our room.Location is absolutely great!

The only saving grace about this accommodation is the location. The place is small (or rather tiny), difficult to find and the owner is very rude.When you make the reservation they suggest that you not give them a bad opinion, which doesn't seem right to me, and when you tell them the truth about their accommodation they lie about the number of people who are going, how they send you directions to the house, etcIn short, I would not recommend this accommodation even to my worst enemy.

Host is really rude, caused me a lot of trouble after a long trip to Japan. If you plan to have a good time in Tokyo, do not stay in Ichiban hotel. Don’t make the same mistake I made, read the reviews and find other stay.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Me and my family were going to stay at the hotel and before the check in the owner suddenly said, RUDELY, that he cancelled the stay, in the middle of a rainy night. If you plan to stay at here, read by yourself all the bad reviews, DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE

When I arrived here, the person in charge who appeared was not Japanese but a native Chinese speaker. I don’t know if they have the habit of taking baths, the inside of the bathtub was covered with dirt and had not been cleaned. Having a microwave and refrigerator is an advantage, but many other normal hotels in Japan have microwaves in the lobby or you can ask them to reheat foods.

The place is very nice for the price that we pay. The room is a bit on the smaller side but that should be expected since you are staying in Tokyo. The room has a lot of thing such as a washing machine and fridge that other hotels don’t have.

Very small space for 4 person. Bring own stuffs. Look very run down room. Cleanness acceptable. If this the price for you. The check in location is not the same as you booked! Waited 15 mins outside with luggages but was told to check in at another apartment opposite. Simply, last minute email sent before we could reached out. So please ask if you need to check in to which place.For me, I see a breakdown in communication to the guest. Service by the lady was good and another star for the service.

It is not recommended to stay. The place is very small. The two-person room is like a four-person room. It is difficult to even walk. There is a lot of hair and dust under the bedside, which affects the mood of traveling abroad.
