We had a quiet and elegant time in the newly renovated and stylish lobby, enjoying a complimentary glass of wine after checking in and having coffee after dinner in the morning. The Japanese-style rooms at Rindokan are very spacious, and each floor has a water server, so you can drink as much delicious water as you like after taking a bath. The quality of the hot spring water in the bath was wonderful and it was an experience that could not be had anywhere else. The food was amazing, especially the rice I had for breakfast, the Iwatekko, which had an exquisite taste and cookedness, so I ended up having 3 bowls of rice in between the side dishes😆

This is my second stay. It's close to Ashiro Interchange, and there are two convenience stores. The quality of the spring water is the best! Both Kin-no-Yu and Gin-no-Yu are the best.

This is the hotel we stayed at on our last night. Overall, the service quality was excellent. Both the hostess and the staff were very kind and always greeted guests with a smile. They even said goodbye to us at the end, which was very pleasant. Feel the warmth of home. The hot springs here are also great and definitely worth staying and visiting. There are also drinks and popsicles provided on the first floor. Sitting next to 🪵 and eating ice pops is a unique flavor! This is a strong salt hot spring with unique characteristics. The atmosphere of the bathhouse has the feel of a typical tourist hot spring hotel. The environment is spacious and clean, and the sauna inside is made of concrete and resin, which looks quite modern. The deep water of the open-air bath is very relaxing. Although the view is not particularly charming, the cool breeze makes people feel particularly refreshing. In addition, the hot springs here have a variety of therapeutic effects, including:Cuts and burnschronic skin diseasechronic gynecological diseaseshigh blood pressure and diabetesfrail childrenneuralgiamuscle painFatigue recovery and stress reliefEspecially suitable for body beauty. It can be said that the hot springs here have the magical effect of curing all kinds of diseases, haha. I soaked in hot springs almost every day during this trip. Although I often soak in hot springs in Taiwan, the hot springs in Japan have a unique flavor. The water quality is not slippery, and I have symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis and asthma. I felt very comfortable after taking a bath. Anyone who is interested can come and give it a try.The room is large and has a floor-to-ceiling design, so you can enjoy the scenery outside the window when you wake up in the morning. The toilet is located next to the bedroom and the layout is quite good. However, since the hotel where I stayed this time provided hot springs, the bathroom in the room was basically not used. All in all, I am very happy to stay at this hotel.

Late March 2024■Hydrangea Hall Japanese-style room 8 tatami mats★Hachimantai Pork Ai & Maitake Kamameshi★Recommended by the landlady♪ Appi's delicious Japanese mealMeal times are specified at check-in, but if you check in late, you won't have much choice.I had a free drink of wine in the open lounge, and both the red and white were delicious. The dinner was sumptuous and everything was delicious. Breakfast is average. The bread looked like hardtack, but it was surprisingly soft and delicious. It's a good idea to check the business hours of bathhouses and saunas. The sauna is open until 9pm. I went there a little after 9 o'clock, and it was so hot that I was sweating, so I went in for about 10 minutes. The quality of the spring water is good, and the open-air bath has a nice view.Hydrangea Museum was very close to the bathhouse, which was great. The hallway leading to the bathhouse was extremely cold, but the room was warm.

There is almost nothing to see around. It might be a good place to go skiing, but in the off-season it's probably a little-known place. I thought so.Although it has been renovated, the overall age is undeniable. The open-air bath is beautiful, but I feel like the Kin-no-Yu and Gin-no-Yu baths have deteriorated to the point where I wish they would renew them. You can hear footsteps from the floors above, so if you're sensitive, earplugs are a must.

Since I stayed in a cheap room, there was no toilet in the room. The image is of a ski camp bath in the Showa era.
