First of all, the customer service is bad. I will respond in a harsh way and in a way that makes me look like it's a pain. Every time I go out, he asks me with a straight face where I'm going, which makes me feel uncomfortable.There are a lot of bugs in the room and the air conditioner smells like mold.The floor of the bathroom was so dirty that it felt like it hadn't been cleaned, and it was slippery.I hope that the store owners understand that they are doing business with customers and take the business seriously.I am giving this rating for the above reasons.I will write additionally.The store owner's reply states, ``We retaliated because our request was not met,'' but it seems that this is a misunderstanding. First of all, it was not retribution, but rather evaluation. I didn't say anything that would force me to ask anything, and I only intended to write the facts. You are a good adult, so accept the facts and learn to grow. Also, you should realize that you have a problem when you see similar reviews several times. I just hope that the number of rider's houses run by shop owners like this will not increase.

The accommodation is too luxurious for me as a capsuleer.You can stay in an inn-like room for the same price as a capsule.You can also take a bath.

The room is spacious and clean, with streams and pine trees, the large bathhouse is bright, clean and comfortable, and it's within walking distance to the supermarket.

I slept comfortably on the fluffy futon.When you open the window, you can hear the sound of the river.The location allows you to go to any sightseeing spot on the west side of Yamaguchi Prefecture within an hour. (35 minutes from Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge)Cheap rates.Public bath at a nearby roadside station ♨️ (Reception required by 8:00 p.m.)Izakaya in front. (There are other restaurants nearby)I left early in the morning and forgot to buy an original towel.orzI'll try not to forget it next time.

It was a cheap, private room, and the futon was comfortable. From this time of year, you can use the screens to watch fireflies while listening to the murmuring of the river. Meals are perfect at a nearby izakaya.

wonderful accommodationAn impossible innthank you.Even though there are mountains and rivers, it is a quiet place, and I wonder if the cicadas cry in the summer. There are delicious restaurants nearby.

It's Rider House, but was it originally an inn?The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable.Being able to use the washing machine is a great thing when traveling by bike.It looks like the price will go up, but it's still super cheap 👍

This is a Korean 🇰🇷 family. Japanese 🇯🇵 traditional tatami room. The owner is very kind and nice.😍 I came here from Nagato City, 50km away, after wandering around because I couldn't find a place to stay. The surrounding scenery is nice, and it is a very warm place. 🥨❤️🫶 The public bathhouse that was available for free was also great. It was the best accommodation for our family. Towel 100 yen, toothbrush 50 yen! I absolutely love this place, even the surrounding scenery is beautiful👍👍👍.

It's no wonder that it's a cheap rider house with a private room and a large bath (additional 200 yen) and has a good reputation. There is a supermarket and a roadside station with hot springs within walking distance. Please note that the reception opens at 5pm and you have to leave by 9:30. Thank you again.

I stayed there for two days🙏 It’s such a warm and happy place. The owner is so kind and nice! The tatami room is nice, and the whole family can enjoy bathing in the bathhouse. ♨️

I stayed in a private 1st class room. The room was large and clean. It was nice to have air conditioning too! It's quite enough if you just want to sleep.For your referenceThere is only one bathroom, and it is designed to be a women's bath when women are in the bath, and a men's bath when men are in the bath.There is an additional fee to soak in the bathtub.Benefits of shampoo & conditioner and body soap were available. You can buy towels for 100 yen.There were also disposable toothbrushes.The microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, wash basin, and toilet (separate for men and women) can be shared.I thought it was a good idea because tourist spots such as Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge and Karato Market can be reached within an hour.

I used it during my trip around Japan.The customer service was not as shown in some of the poor reviews.The Japanese style room was very clean and comfortable.Admittedly, the WIFI was a little weak, but since I wasn't traveling overseas, it wasn't a particular problem.It's cheap at 1,600 yen per night if you bring your own sleeping bag, which is a great price for long-term travelers.The only disappointing thing was the customer base.This is just luck, but the riders who stayed with me that day were noisy (the hostess is not responsible)As expected, many people come to the popular Raiha.Previously, some Raiha and guesthouses had age restrictions, but I can understand why they have no choice but to do so.I don't drink or smoke, so I was especially concerned about that part.I would like those who use mass two to give due consideration to these issues.

Thank you for your help several years ago.The quality is perfect at this price. There are some people who say that some insects have appeared, but a rural area without insects is not a beautiful countryside. After all, Raiha is located in a city with clean water and air where fireflies live.A supermarket and a hot spring (roadside station) are both within walking distance, so you can go to the hot spring and buy ingredients at the supermarket, or go for a drink at a nearby izakaya.The only inconvenient point would be the lack of street lights throughout the city. It's just compared to the city. It was so dark that I couldn't see the sidewalk clearly even to the roadside station. However, it is a good place to think that because of the darkness, you can see fireflies. Next time I'll bring a flashlight. It would be nice if there was a rental service.We recommend staying here for about 2 nights and using it to tour around Tsunoshima and other places.

I stayed in a private room for 2800 yen. There are no amenities such as towels or nightwear. It looks like the building used to be a guesthouse, so the room looks like a regular inn or guesthouse, except that there are no private TVs.There is a shared refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. It closes at 9pm, but there are two supermarkets within walking distance where you can find half-price prepared foods.You have to pay an additional 200 yen to get hot water in the bathtub, but it's spacious enough for one person to bathe in after a cold bike ride. However, the inner wall of the bathtub was a little muddy, although it wasn't a big concern, probably because it wasn't cleaned because hot water was not always applied.There is a washing machine, but there seems to be no dryer. There is also a coin laundry nearby.At this price, there's nothing to complain about. There are no cheap hotels nearby, and it's a great deal compared to capsule hotels in the same price range in the city.

I used it when I returned home.Considering the price, I am satisfied, but I would like to make a request.It was nice to have a TV, but I wish it had a remote control.Even though it was summer, I wanted a little more bedding (a mattress and a blanket).Wi-Fi works fine outside the room, but once inside, the Wi-Fi becomes extremely weak. I would have been grateful if there was a repeater.Also, I will use it if I have the opportunity.*As a side note, some people say it's because the owner is friendly or the rules are too detailed, but I honestly think they're being too ambitious. I think it's unreasonable to expect a hotel for riders to have the same quality as a business hotel.
