I took a day trip bath with my family including a baby.This was a great help as there aren't many hot springs that are suitable for babies.Both the changing room and the hot spring were very spacious and clean.I would like to use it for accommodation next time.

Day trip hot springs are the best.It's spacious, so even during the coronavirus pandemic, you don't have to worry too much about other customers, and it's well-cleaned, with strong shower pressure and a perfect airflow from the hair dryer.The only drawback is the short business hours.I reduced one star for that reason.When I came here for the first time in a while, I was disappointed because while the guy at the front desk was talking to me, he started dealing with another customer who came in after me.I'll lower the rating.The bathroom was nice, but the person at the front desk was the worst.

I stayed here with my dog and family.When I was worried about my dog barking, she showed me to my room first and allowed me to take my time during the check-in process, which made me feel attentive.I also visited because my husband had worked there for many years, and he prepared a plate to celebrate with, took a photo with me, and gave me a present.It was a really good memory. The food was delicious both in the evening and in the morning, and the quantity was just right.

I stayed on the 10th floor for several nights. When I returned on the second day, the room was still as it was, and the trash had not been thrown out, towels changed, or cleaned. I called the front desk and asked for towels, but they told me to use the towels in my room. I explained the situation and received a towel, but other than that, there was no apology, so I wonder if this hotel accommodates multiple nights.The top of the changing basket in the public bath is covered in dust. The overflowing hot water from the open-air bath does not drain well, and the water level is the same as the bath, so garbage is returned.The folk song show was good.I don't think I'll visit againThe lobby floor is gorgeous

Shuttle car with number 4581!5/18 Encountered at around 9:00 in the section from Morioka Inter to Maegata Aeon.At a speed of over 80 km/h, the driver suddenly cut into the taxi that was running in front of me, switching from the left lane to the right lane without a turn signal.This is not a vehicle that carries passengers!!If you're a professional driver, you have to use turn signals when changing lanes and suddenly cut in, but what are you going to do if there's a passenger in your taxi?Those in charge should properly educate drivers!

Two people stayed here. The room was spacious and had a relaxing floor plan typical of a Japanese-style room. We could also see the flower garden and beautiful scenery through the large windows. There was a letter with a heartfelt message written on the table, which made me feel warm. The hot springs have just the right temperature for a relaxing soak, and the temperature of the open-air bath is adjusted to suit the season, so it wasn't too hot or lukewarm, so it was very nice for me. You can enjoy yukata with 5 or 6 different patterns and choose your size. Although it wasn't a bed, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the thick mattress was just the right firmness and my elderly mother was able to sleep soundly until morning without getting back pain! The food was luxurious and delicious both in the evening and in the morning, and I was very satisfied. thank you very much.

Although the interior decoration is older, the design is quite bold and ingenious: the indoor river landscape and the spectacular wooden staircase have the style of a high-end hotel. It would look better if the lights were brighter.I don’t know if I arrived late for dinner. The rice was soggy and sticky. Although the dishes were rich, except for the salmon steamed egg, everything else was ordinary. The sashimi seemed not fresh enough after being left at room temperature for a long time. The breakfast the next day was better at least the food was hot.The building is old but still clean.

The other day, I stayed for the second time.As always, the inside of the hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and we had a luxurious time.Also, as a request, ①I would be happy if there was a service that would allow us to reduce the amount of food, although it is not limited to Uguisado. It was relatively (or should I say empty) empty that day, but what? It became💦③The young woman working at the front desk has a strong tone.I also had a dog with me, but when I was at the entrance of the hotel with my dog in my arms, I was asked, "Do you have a cage? You can't move around the hotel while you're carrying me. If you don't have one, I'll lend one to you."First of all, it's impossible to carry around a cage (lol), so I guess I mistook it for a bag for a dog. I think...It's my fault that I entered the hotel without knowing, but that was the first thing I heard when I arrived at the hotel, so I was a little uncomfortable.However, the room and bath were so nice that I was able to forget my initial feelings!I want to stay there again!

I visited on a weekday during Golden Week. The cozy atmosphere and everyone's hospitality were so wonderful that I ended up staying for 3 nights instead of 2. It was my child's first time staying overnight, so I was a little worried, but the staff took great care of me and made it a very enjoyable trip.There was a lot of food, and even if you have picky eaters, it was enough to satisfy you.What do you remember most? When I asked the child,Apparently it's cotton candy and shooting.I was very impressed by how they saw me off until I was no longer there.I would definitely like to visit again next season.

An accommodation facility built on the site of Kenji World. I stopped by for a day trip to the hot springs. Reception is late, starting at 2pm. I am satisfied with the sauna and open-air bath. When I wash my face with the exfoliating gel in the bath and go to the sauna, an unusual amount of sweat comes off my face.

I stayed at R6.5.4 for one night. This is a large hotel with a wide entrance and a feeling of openness. There were many dogs with their dogs in the parking lot, but I never saw them inside the facility. Even though there are a lot of guests, the building is spacious so there is no litter.The bath was very spacious and had an open-air bath so I felt comfortable. The next day, the genders were switched.Dinner is as shown in the photo. Even a big eater like me will be full. It was delicious, but I was a little disappointed that the rice with clams and bamboo shoots was a little watery. When I told them in advance that my child could not eat seafood, they kindly accommodated me. Breakfast is a Japanese set meal. The customer service was also good.A festival is held at the festival plaza. Shamisen live performances and mochi pounding were held in the same square from 8:30am, and a bingo tournament was held from around 9am, making it a lively event. I was able to participate in the mochi pounding and eat the mochi that came with it, but since everyone had already eaten it after dinner, I had some left over, so I had to refill it.It's a good hotel.
