Stayed here in March before the state of emergency was declared. Because the world was in a panic, there were no other guests except for me, and it felt like I had rented out the entire second floor of a house.Check-in was quite late, after 11pm, but if you called and told them you could send it, they would accommodate you. The staff's wife welcomed me and made me feel at ease as if I had come home. There were plenty of books lined up in the living/washroom area where you could drink tea for free, so you could spend a relaxing time. The room is a shared room with two bunk beds, and it is said that many foreign backpackers usually stay here. There are lockers for four people to store valuables, and the beds are equipped with reading lights and curtains. I thought this was enough, but I think it's pretty harsh for people who care about privacy. Well, if you're that concerned about it, I think you'll have other options for accommodation, so I don't think it's a problem. However, I felt more relaxed and at home than actually being in a hotel. The downside is that the train tracks are right next to it, so if you stay in the room closest to the train tracks, it will be quite noisy until the last train. I woke up to the sound of the train in the morning, but I guess I got used to it and went back to sleep (lol). If you think about it the other way around, the first train should be my alarm clock. Please note that the women's room is located on the opposite side of the tracks, so the noise level is expected to be quite low. However, even if you take that into account, the rating remains the same, considering the price, ease of living, location, etc. When I stayed there, the price was in the 3,000 yen range, so it's only 5 minutes from Haneda Airport, there's a convenience store right in front of it, there's a cafe, there's a public bath nearby, and the staff are friendly and can speak English. I think it's more than worth it.In addition, when I tried to eat the famous pudding when checking out the next morning, I couldn't eat it because the cafe was not open early in the morning. Next time I come, I would like to check in and eat during the day.
