The bathroom and toilet smelled like sewage, so when I asked to change the room, I was told that if I flushed the toilet, the smell would go away, so I couldn't get a change. It was very painful to take a half-body bath.

The location was good. The room felt old in some places.I couldn't really understand what the staff were saying as they were talking too fast, but I don't think it would be a problem if you just go about your day normally. I was told that it would cost 9,000 yen to lose my card key, but the card key was already in tatters. I think the price has gone up due to rising prices and the increase in foreign tourists, but I thought it was a good price for this quality.

First of all, the customer service by the man in glasses at the front desk has a bad attitude. Why are you in a bad mood? But the next day too.The other foreigner at the front desk said things in a nasty way, but I was able to put up with it better than him. When I entered the room, the table was dirty so I wiped it myself. The person cleaning was a kind foreigner who showed us the way. gentlyThe price is high and the service is disappointing

There is dust, the mask of the previous guest, food particles, etc. on the back of the bed in the guest room, so don't look at it.The man at the front desk with glasses is unfriendly, but is he really a service worker?

It felt like I had been scammed. When I booked online, I chose the suite with "two single beds". After checking in, I went upstairs and found a very thin single bed. I tried to change rooms with the front desk clerk. The other party said that I need to make an online reservation in advance in order to have two single beds. I showed the Agoda order to the other party. The front desk clerk repeated that I needed to make an online reservation in advance. He was unwilling to continue the conversation and had a bad attitude. . (Note: The front desk clerk at night had a bad attitude, and the other waiter who checked out in the morning had a good attitude)In the end, I gave up my bed to a friend at the same time and slept on the ground. It was a completely bad experience. The only saving grace is the convenient location. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from Takadanobaba JR Station.

The room is very big, just ten minutes' walk from the station. The highlight is the bathtub 🤣🤣 and the waiters at the counter are very friendly, so you don't have to worry about the language barrier. …

I stayed for 2 nights. At that time, the room was not cleaned properly and there was dust everywhere. Also, there was mold on the curtains and towels in the shower room, so it took courage to use them. Maybe the towels aren't washed every time. I have a house dust allergy, so my stay was a little difficult. Even though the hotel is in the hotel business, I felt that the cleaning was negligent. I can't accept the high price for a room like this. I dare to give a harsh review this time.

I had business in the Shinjuku area and stayed here.About 3 minutes walk straight from Takadanobaba station? It was a pretty quiet hotel! Maybe it's better not to go by carThe receptionist was a foreigner, but he could speak Japanese well and had a cute smile 😊I hurriedly booked a room on Agoda one week before my stay, but even though I was in a non-smoking room and proceeded with the reservation, when I completed the reservation, it became a smoking room. I ended up smoking😭 It didn't smell that bad, the day I took it was on the last day, and the price was cheaper, so it's all good!I can boil water but there is no coffee or tea available😱It would have been nice if there was a mirror near the desk in the room. There didn't seem to be any place to eat breakfast, so I went to another hotel nearby.

Other than the fact that the room was smelly, there was hair on the towel, and that the room was not cleaned properly, everything was fine. I really wanted something to be done about the smelly underarms in room 1105. It was a cheap hotel, but I think the smell can be managed.
