the staff is friendly and communicative, the place is close to the road 4 minutes to the metro and JR station.. the hotel is clean, just not soundproof, if you're just staying overnight it's no problem

Maybe it's because it's on the first floor, but it's noisy with people coming in... It's humid when you take a shower... It's narrow... If you're a couple, change your clothes in the bathroom. The location is good. Towels are provided every day, but sometimes they remove used towels and sometimes they don't.

We stayed on floor 3 room 302.Extremely cheap at 45 pounds a night per person when 2 people were staying through airbnb.The room is extremely large and there is a toulet and shower.There is a microwave for anything needing heating along with a large balcony. I'm aware that most rooms are likely smaller than ours in addition some rooms may have less amenities.The location is extremely close to akihabara electric town, only a 7 minute walk but the location is actually very quiet.The walls are quite thin so you may hear noises and the floor sinks in some areas, but it isn't a big issue.
