I was able to fully relax in the room with a hot spring bath made of cypress. I think the cost performance is good. I was satisfied with the breakfast, which had a large variety of items.

Gorgeous Ryokan.Plenty of parking for guests and no shoes inside the property. They are very welcoming and make sure you get shampoos on check in at the "shampoo bar", the shampoo bar is not available in the morning. The room we booked was huge and had a really nice in room spa, the water is not recycled and was the perfect temperature for both my wife and I.The public spa is a short internal walk and was very busy, it didn't seem very comfortable to me given the amount of people there. There is free laundry and dryer (6 in total). You can take stairs or elevator between floors.Drinks were well priced and the food was innovative and high quality. The buffet breakfast was really good too, we liked the chirashi and the kaki (oyster) fry.Would definitely stay here again.

I used it on a family tripMy son, who is 6 months old, and my husbandWhen I told them in advance that I had a baby, they provided a diaper holder in the restroom. There is a 2L bottle of soft water in the refrigerator, an electric kettle, and if you have milk and a baby bottle, you can prepare milk. The water in the washbasin in the room was drinkable, so if you bring detergent for baby bottles in small quantities, you can stay for several nights. The baby's cries could be heard all the way down the hallway, but I couldn't hear the noises on either side.It was a bath in the room, but the water was flowing directly from the source and the temperature was 40 degrees, so it was a little too hot for the baby, so I mixed a little hot spring water into the baby bath I had brought with me. It felt good 🥰It's a fruit forest, and according to the person at the inn, the prunes, peaches, pears, and apples near the entrance will fall apart depending on the season. The parking lot was convenient and close to the entrance.Dinner was a French course if we stayed overnight. With a baby in tow, it would be difficult to prepare a course meal, so I took out Yamato's cold noodles and Yakiniku bento and ate it in my room. There is a restaurant within the hotel that serves Wagyu beef sukiyaki set meals, sashimi set meals, and tempura set meals, all of which were reasonably priced at less than 2,000 yen, so if you don't want to go out, you might want to go there.Breakfast was a buffet for an additional 2,200 yen.The contents include scrambled eggs, sausage, salmon, rice from Iwate Prefecture, bread, etc., which are great for breakfast, as well as butter-grilled scallops, seafood salad, fried oysters, chirashi sushi, cod roe and sujiko, good morning natto, pork soup, and more. The cabbage balls, cake, and fruit were great in quantity and taste! The pork soup was salty and filled with lots of ingredients! There was also anko mochi (ankomochi), which is typical of Ichinoseki! We also have a variety of drinks that kids will love, including acerola juice, apple juice, orange juice, and milk! The facility was clean and the staff were all very friendly and courteous! It was a perfect base for sightseeing as Genbikei and Geibikei are nearby.Although it is not a welcome baby's inn, I would like to use it again in autumn when the leaves are beautiful. It would be even better if you could rent bouncers, cribs, baby baths, baby soaps, etc. for an additional fee! Part of the room was tatami, so I laid out the swaddle and let him play!

The building is relatively new and the room was very spacious and clean. All dinners were delicious and excellent.Breakfast was a buffet and everything was delicious, but since it started in August and a half, there were some dishes that were not refilled, which was a bit disappointing.Since I was traveling by train, I was given a free shuttle to the station on my way back, which was very helpful.thank you very much.

The hotel is located near Genbikei Gorge and has plenty of amenities such as coffee sets, water and shampoo, and all rooms have bathtubs with natural hot spring water. The food is mainly Western food and is very delicious and the staff are very responsive.I have no complaints!!The special feature is that Yamazakura Momo no Yu is right next door and connected to it by a passageway.Guests can freely enter the public bath by presenting their wristband.I thought this was a hotel I would want to visit again.

I stayed here when I visited Tohoku on an anniversary trip in August 2016.I made a mistake in booking a plan that didn't include dinner, but Momo no Yu also had a buffet, so it was very convenient to be able to eat inside without having to go out to eat. Since the inside of the building is connected, you can move around without getting wet even in the rain. The buffet was so delicious I ate so much I couldn't walk. Breakfast was also a buffet, and it was delicious. My favorite porridge was prepared for both dinner and breakfast, which made me happy. The room was too spacious for two people and had a cypress bath. It also comes with a charging cable, so even if you forget your charger, you don't have to worry about it.Since it was the timing of a typhoon, I would like to come back when the weather is sunny to enjoy the scenery.

I made an email reservation for accommodation, but I made the reservation for the wrong date and time.I was planning to go as a surprise for a celebration, so I had sent an email asking if there would be a surprise cake, and I had also written that elderly people would be present. There was no communication regarding it,Normally, the hotel would send me an email the day before my stay, but I didn't receive that either.Apparently he called me to say he couldn't come that day, but I was at work so I didn't notice at all. After that, please pay 100% cancellation fee. I received an email from, What are you talking about?Until then, I had no idea that I had made a mistake in the reservation date and time. . It was.I asked if I could somehow change the date, but that's the norm. So please pay. and. .I don't know what it is.Don't they usually send you a confirmation email the day before?I had also inquired about the cake, but I had not heard anything about it. .I'm satisfied.I was shocked because I chose this inn because it was a good inn and my family used it often. My friend often takes day trips with me, so I thought I'd stay the night next time. I was also talking to you. . I was planning on going, but I was disappointed. It turned out to be a terrible place to stay.I'm planning to go there soon, so I'll pay at that time.I have been to many hot springs, but this is the first time I have been treated like this.I'm really disappointed. It's a shame because I had become close with the woman, Ms. Nakagawa.
