The rooms are all self-sufficient, with microwave, washing machine and air conditioning. They are also clean and the beds are comfortable. However, there is no elevator, but you have to use the external stairs to go up the 3 floors. We checked in by collecting the keys from a box located next to the door, with the code that was provided to us upon request. Use a little force to open the box that is worn. Location 10 minutes walk from the two closest metro stations

I thought the accommodation was really great. The rooms were small and nice, but completely sufficient. The location was great, there was a train station or bus stop right around the corner. There were also many convenience stores and vending machines in the area. The rooms were very clean and had all useful things. I'm very satisfied.

Awful serviceWe arrive a bit earlier to check if we could check in before normal check in time but no one was there. In my reservation email I didn’t receive any code to open any door so had to wait until normal check in time to see if maybe I received the email with the code to get the key. No email, I contacted them through email no answer til this day, a Japanese friend of mine called them because there is no other way to contact them (they assume you have a Japanese number) and they were extremely rude just providing the code not even explaining why we didn’t get any code by email.Stay away from this place

The place is perfect for budget accommodation which is also close and accessible to Shinjuku Cosmic Centre or Okubo Dori bus stops and Higashi-Shinjuku train station with few many minutes walks only. The place is simple, cozy and quiet except there's no TV only which is ok. The room in the basement which is not bad but what inconvenient only if you have heavy luggages to carry up and down or need to go to toilet in the middle of the night which is hassle.

The owner is very unfriendly, but the rooms and location are decent.I won't stop you from using this place if you don't think you will need to ask the owner any questions.I just called because I wanted to inquire briefly, but the tone of the person's tone made it seem like they were fighting, extremely unfriendly words and actions, and an attitude of being second best. All of this instantly turned my experience here into a very unpleasant one.Our group didn't know that only one towel was given per person. Since it wasn't announced, I assumed they changed the sheets once a day, but that wasn't the case so I called the owner to inquire. The owner's first words were "Is that okay?" and we were very embarrassed. The sarcastic tone of voice rather than an answer like ‘No’ or ‘We do not provide such services’ was very refreshing and shocking. The conversation that followed was a breathtaking battle between the owner, who wanted to fight, and our group, who was dumbfounded and speechless, with no progress being made. We wanted to hang up the phone at the owner's first words, but the owner didn't let us go like a fighting dog and continued to sneer at us, turning our enjoyable travel experience in Tokyo into a terrible one in a single moment. If you are staying in Shinjuku for just one day, it is okay, but if you are staying longer than that, it is not allowed to talk to the host and it is recommended that you wash your own towels and use them or take them with you.I recommend that you just not use this accommodation.

The room you get is a 2-story room. The upper floor has a separate shower room and toilet. There is a washing machine, gas stove, sink, microwave, which means there are all electrical appliances.Downstairs is a bedroom. The bed is very soft. There is an air conditioner that can be turned into a heater on both floors. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator. And the stairs are quite narrow and steep. They may not be suitable for the elderly or people who have difficulty going up and down the stairs because they risk slipping and falling. There is a bus that runs past the entrance of the alley. Very convenient. Get off the bus and walk only 120 meters and you're there. Very convenient.
