I made a reservation and used it without knowing anything about it, but it is a love hotel for the general public. The staff are foreigners who can speak Japanese, and they serve customers in a calm manner. It's cheap so I think it's fine if you're just staying the night.I was a little worried because the location was down a small road lol

Warning:There is no elevator for the first part when you go check in, so if you plain on having a lot of luggage, be ready for stairs. The people are very, very nice, kind and helpful. The room on the 3rd floor smells weird, and so we have to get air freshener and an air purifier from the front desk. It was not bad, but for me, it was the werid smell. Great location for food and drink.

Even though it's so close to Shin-Okubo, it's ridiculously cheap. The room was quite spacious and the bath was also large. The atmosphere was like a love hotel. The elevator was extremely narrow, about half the normal depth. The clerk was fluent in English considering his appearance. I only saw one person. Even though it was a hotel, the vending machines were surprisingly helpful at regular prices. Might be good if you just stay the night

The price is cheap, so it seems good for travelers, but if you purchase a Tokyo subway pass like us, it takes at least 15 minutes to get to the station, excluding JR. …

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.There is an elevator inside the actual hotel, which starts on the second floor. There is no elevator from the ground level up to the lobby on the second floor. This means if you have an accessibility need or have heavy luggage, please look elsewhere. The room had holes in the wall, only one outlet near the bed, and various cracks on the walls. It is definitely quite run down, but it's whatever for the price. The staff require you give them back the key when you leave to prevent you from bringing anyone else into the room, but don't verify your identity. There is also no safe in the room. The location is great, though! A very quick walk to Okubo or Shin Okubo stations which have easy access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, and Akiba.
