Convenient transportation*Near East Shinjuku Station (about 7 minutes)*Near Shin-Okubo Station - Yamanote Line (10 minutes) This is the most convenient Yamanote Line, you can go shopping along the way1. Turn right at the exit of Higashi-Shinjuku Station. The intersection is the reception center counter. There are Chinese service staff (the accommodation is not a reception hall, it is faster to walk through the alley)2. Check-in is only possible at 4pm3. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage first (pick it up before 10pm)4. If you check in early, you will be charged an advance fee.5. Next door to the accommodation is the exhaust vent of the restaurant kitchen. The smell of oil smoke is very strong. The whole corridor is filled with the smell of oil smoke.Triple room, small space, one of the beds is a sofa bedNeed to make your own bed bags, quilts and pillows*The sofa is very dirty and disgustingThere is a lint roller available in the room.(Because I brought a child to stay this time, I found that the lint roller on the sofa was very disgusting after it got sticky. There was a lot of hair and cotton shavings, so I made the bed after it was sticky)#Recommended store: Clean under the bed and sofa#The living room has air conditioning, but the room does not, causing the room to be very stuffy.✓Tableware and pots are quite clean✓The washing machine comes with washing powder✓ Washed clothes can be hung in the bathroom to dry (with drying function)The price is on the high side (may vary by region)

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Tokyo. It was in the area of a lot of restaurants and clubs. Also not far from the rails in any direction maybe a 10 minute walk. If your going to have a stay with one other person I would recommend.

Although advertised as strictly no smoking. There are other tenants who regularly smoke in their unit. It’s quite bad anytime from 10pm-2am and 8am-12pm.The leakage of secondhand smoke easily leaks into our unit and lingers for a significant amount of time.Otherwise the room were quite good for us and they provided materials to clean or wash our clothes which was very kind of them! The location is great and there’s a bubble tea and fruit store right below. There’s also a pharmacy close by so if you forget anything it can easily be bought. But the smoking situation is quite bad…

At the beginning of September, I made a temporary reservation at Domo Higashi Shinjuku due to my schedule. When I entered the room, I found that the room was extremely unclean. The floor was not swept clean. The bed cover was stained and the pillows were moldy. I felt that the air-conditioning filter had not been cleaned for a long time and my nose was very itchy. We made a reservation. The triple room has two single beds and a small sofa bed. The space is crowded and there is no place to put the luggage. Especially the moldy pillows were really unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable all over!I contacted customer service as soon as possible to report that the guest room was not clean. I wanted to cancel at least the second day's stay because I made a reservation for two nights. In fact, I couldn't stay for even one day. However, they insisted that they couldn't cancel and kept saying they would send someone the next day. Came in to clean and coordinated several times to no avail. We decided to leave directly and stay at another hotel and informed their customer service. The next day they went in to clean it and they said it was the cleaning company's fault and agreed to refund the day's fee. There are more clean and reasonably priced B&Bs and hotels to choose from in Japan, and I will never stay in any of their accommodations again.

This is my second time staying at a B&B with my husband👍🏻Located in East Shinjuku, Tokyo, it takes 30-35 minutes to get back here by private car from Haneda Airport. The room is clean, there is a washing machine for washing clothes, and the location is convenient. There is a FamilyMart convenience store 1 minute walk to the right from downstairs🥰A 3-minute walk to the right is Higashi-Shinjuku Subway Station, and a 7-8-minute walk to the left is Shin-Okubo Subway Station. Personally, I think the one on the right is more convenient, faster, and quieter, while the Shin-Okubo Subway Station on the left is more lively and is Korea Street. Choose according to personal preference! Personally, I prefer Higashi-Shinjuku Station on the right. You can go to many places by taking the Fukutoshin Line!I won’t hesitate to choose this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo! The most important thing is that the online staff respond quickly, the service is good, and the price is very affordable. It is very suitable for couples/couples to travel independently!
