I travelled with family. Hotel location is great, not only within Shibuya but the immediate surroundings and connection to train/metro station.||Hotel facilities and room are in the same page: absolutely superb.||Staff were super friendly and helpful when needed.||I will not even look into any other place for my next stay in Tokyo.

Awesome location, nice big room for Tokyo. Quick walk to Shibuya crossing and other attractions. Stay on the sky bridge for shibuya station exits other than new South Gate. Coming in on the NEX is so easy, the hotel is 2 minutes from the platform.

This Hyatt House is one of the first Hyatt House concept in Japan and located in the redeveloped Shibuya Scramble area. It may be difficult to find at first but once you figured out, it is quite easy (From JR, not so much from Metro).Located near Shibuya JR station's new South Exit (新南口), it is steps away as you have to walk bypass the Shibuya side of the building and reach the sakura square, then take the elevator to the top level for check in lobby.The rooms are all studio layout, with full size kitchenette and a nice washer/dryer combo in room. It is comfortable for short term stay in Tokyo and breakfast is included for the Hyatt Elite members on eligible rate. There is a swimming pool on lobby floor as well as a 24hr gym. AC works quite well, very quiet and not too hot. Customer service is great, I enjoy chatting with front desk associate Julianna as she is very friendly and courteous.Overall, a great stay if you can afford the cash rate at this property as everything is getting more expensive in Tokyo.

It was nice and quiet but just a stone's throw from the hustle of Shibuya. Will definitely stay there the next time. The room was immaculate. Loved the free water bottles after each room service. The beds we nice a comfy. There was a 7 Eleven just downstairs around the corner. Easy entry to Shibuya Station. Highly reccommended.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya back in July. The rooms were extremely clean and house keeping even provided a couple of rounds of laundry detergent! The in-room washer/dryer was so convenient (took a long time to run since it's an all in one, but worked well), and the common spaces are very nicely designed. We found the bed comfortable and our room (king bed standard) was very spacious. We didn't have any issues with noise and the staff were very kind and courteous. Location is great - about an 8 minute walk to the Shibuya Crossing area so it is a little quieter than being right in the middle of things! The hotel made it really easy to ship our bags directly to the airport as well.

First time I am staying at the Hyatt House Shibuya. The hotel looks new and the staff is very welcoming. However, I was told upon checking in that this hotel doesn’t participate in the Hyatt Global upgrade program for Global List members. They also won’t accept suite upgrade awards. This is very disappointing as their base rooms are rather small. The one very positive feature about the room is the washer / dryer in the bathroom, a great plus compared to other comparable hotels.

We had a wonderful time at this near brand new hotel. The location is excellent for public transport. The presence of a washer and dryer, along with a beautiful swimming pool, make it perfect for families.

As others have posted - brilliant location, small but excellent buffet breakfast, and perfect for families with children because of the beautiful swimming pool and having a kitchen and combination washer/dryer in every room, and a small but eminently functional gym.Disagree with other reviewers about noise - despite the location, our rooms were extremely quiet.Housekeeping was meticulous - the rooms and equipment were immaculately maintained - and all the service staff were lovely. As a bonus, they located an item we'd left behind and couriered it to our next destination at minimal cost.Loved it and hope to stay here again.

Brand new Hyatt hotel, much nicer than other Hyatt House branded hotels I’ve stayed in. Great rooms (clean, have a washing machine + kitchenette, spacious), great location (easy access to trains and buses and lots of walkable food), amazing service and amenities (shower and locker room for use after checkout, small but nice gym). Would highly recommend!
