Great value for it's price. You get 2 double beds and a sofa bed so potentially sleeps 6 (albeit a little cramped). Nice modern furniture, only lacking in a proper dining table. Washing machine a great bonus too. Walking distance to Kanda station which is one station from Tokyo station. About a 10 minute walk to akihabara

Modernly decorative rooms that are very comfortable. Space is small compared to US standards but nice in Japan. Location is conveniently located and nearby 7-Eleven is a must stop daily. Dual AC and washer/dry-room amenity. Noise from nearby overpass can be frustrating unfortunately. Remote service is responsive up until 10pm via Line App. Recommended.

I went there with my family and my kids, and it was very spacious and relaxing! It was comfortable. The area was close to Kanda Station and easy to get to by taxi.Akihabara, Tokyo, Nihonbashi, etc.The Ginza line also runs through it, so it was just one line to Shibuya.
