I think people will either like or dislike this accommodation because it is very crowded. It's cheap and recommended for people who like the Showa era atmosphere. The cleaning is thorough, and although the washroom is old-fashioned, the plumbing in the bath and toilet has also been updated.

At first, I was a little apprehensive (sorry! 🙏) when I made the reservation because I thought it would be cheaper than a business hotel, but for me, this was an irresistibly interesting accommodation! The wooden floor that creaks when you walk on it, the inn! The room looks like this, and the exterior is definitely Showa-style, a nostalgic inn, but as everyone has said, it's really clean with not a speck of dust on it, and the bath looks like it's for home use, but it's been recently renovated. It was a new, bright and comfortable bath. The landlady is also really bright, cheerful, and kind.Although they said it was done after the coronavirus countermeasures were taken, they also went out of their way to bring breakfast to each room.I have added another favorite spot in my favorite city, Kuji.

Even when I called and asked about the parking lot location, it was extremely difficult to find out, so I arrived feeling anxious, but I was very happy with the good old Showa era inn run by a family. Although the building is old, it is well kept. I remember staying at an inn like this on a school trip a long time ago.I chose a plan that included breakfast, but they brought it to my room. The miso soup with clams was very delicious.

Used in May 2024A few minutes walk from Kuji StationThere is a parking lot a few dozen meters away.Lockable in Japanese-style roomIt is a two-story building with toilets on each floor, but the bath and washroom are on the first floor and require reservations.Amenities are in the bathroom and washroom, not in the room.Meals are served in the room

A long-established inn. The building is old but well kept. There are some structural issues, such as the toilet being only on the first floor and the washroom being far from the room, but the service is so good that you don't even have to worry about it ❗ They provide futons for children who are free of charge, and they provide breakfast in the morning. I was really grateful that they prepared rice and miso soup for me.

Close to a few minutes walk from the station. It might be recommended for those who like retro things...There is an air conditioner and a fan heater, and the futon is a down duvet, so I slept comfortably. However, there were no mirrors in the room or in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The bath was a large unit bath, so I was able to stretch my legs and soak in the hot water.

This is truly an old-fashioned inn. Amenities are not up to today's standards. However, it is conveniently close to Kuji Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Since I was a foreigner, I was afraid I would be rejected. After I entered, I was asked to wait, and not a single person returned. Japan is a country of people who work hard, right? In this case, there was no education or manners. The Edo period is already over. Who do you want to know?
