This place is trash with only bad points.I originally made a reservation at Hotel Plaisir Akihabara, which is a 5-minute walk from here, and even though I had contacted them in advance and received approval from the hotel that my expected arrival time would be late at night, I was unable to stay there.When I inquired, I was called to this 24-hour hotel and was allowed to stay here.The contents were of trash quality even though the price was 22,000 yen, so it was a complete scam.All other low reviews are true.Rather than staying in a place like this, I should have stayed at the APA hotel next door for about the same price.

I used it for 21,000 on agoda. It wasn't hard to find the place like other people, but there was only a delivery health woman around, and there were people who paid 2,500 yen for two rooms, and there was no curling iron or cup Netflix that I saw on Agoda, so I thought this place was normal. Please do not introduce it as a hotel. Everyone, check out this review! It's a scam!

From the moment we walked in it was clearly dodgy. My partner was injured in the elevator it literally crushed his hand due to it closing instantaneously. We walk through the hotel and instantly it stinks. There’s rubbish, dirt, you could clearly tell this place was used as a love hotel. Receptionist was extremely unhelpful and couldn’t care less about helping us. The only positive thing I could say was a friendly local was helping us out as much as he could with the receptionist and even tried getting him to cancel our reservation and tried to get us a refund by translating between both parties. The whole place felt unsafe (and clearly was thanks to the elevator for injuring us instantly). Luckily enough APA hotel right next door, we’ve gone there. Please do not go to this hotel especially if you have children. As a woman I felt extremely uncomfortable.

It's good that it's close to the station and has the minimum necessary facilities.However, the walls are too thin. I was shown to a room near the reception, but I could always hear people talking and walking in the hallway. I can't even go to sleep hearing the audio of a phone call at 1:00am! ! Not the speaking voice, but the other person's voice!level of suspicion of fraud.

When I went there, my reservation was canceled due to non-payment. It's strange that I haven't been paid because I used a payment card. The person at the reception was also a foreigner and it was difficult to hear. The location was good as it was close to the station. It was like a love hotel.

To be very honest, the hotel had none of the bad things mentioned in previous reviews; quite the opposite. We arrived and were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who gave us the key and showed us where to leave it at check-out. We checked in at 10 PM as that was when we arrived, which could be an issue for those arriving early since check-in is from 10 PM to 11 PM.We entered the room, which was already cool with the air conditioning on, and started to observe: clean and well-made bed (very comfortable, by the way). There was a minibar, hairdryer, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was clean. The bathroom had hot water, toilet paper, everything working. There was also a TV to watch something and even fabric deodorizer. Regarding the noise: we didn't hear anything because the air conditioning drowned out the city's noises. The stay was great, and we paid very little compared to other places in Akihabara. Nothing to complain about. Thank you for the stay.
