Clean rooms and courteous employees. There are many tourists and it takes time to leave your trunk, so you need to act quickly. You need to go early for breakfast as well. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and the staff was very helpful.Room facilities, good view, and close to the station. This is a hotel I would like to use again.

I used this place when my mother came over because it was convenient. I also live nearby, so I pass by the hotel almost every day. There are a lot of noisy foreign guests from Asian and European groups, and foreign guests who are not used to traveling and have bad manners. The body odor and the smell of various perfumes are mixed and disgusting. Parents and children were sitting on the ground in the lobby, eating and drinking, and charging their phones by plugging in their chargers. I wonder what it is. What are the hotel staff doing? I wouldn't want to stay there if there were a lot of guests like this, and the breakfast buffet would be chaotic. Unfortunately, this hotel caters to that kind of customer base.

Actually staying in the other Shinagawa Crown Prince Hotel and walked across here for breakfast one morning. The walk through the gardens in the morning was very nice.Breakfast combined both Japanese & Western in a buffet. It was okay but not as extensive as where we were staying.

The location is great, very convenient when just moving around Tokyo. If you don't mind the guest rooms, which usually have hair everywhere and hand stains on the windows, it's fine.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is in close proximity to the Shinagawa train station. There are also gift shops, bowling alley, restaurants, 7-11 store, lots of convenience to everything. Shibuya is approx 20 minutes away. A quick Uber/Grab drive.

We had a room with 2 beds and a sofa. The sofa was like sleeping on a pile of bricks. We asked to upgrade room and we’re told NO. Had booked for 10 days, horribly uncomfortable. Best part was aquarium, IMAX theatre and restaurants. Had stayed here 12 years ago. Sad to see such a change in the place. Would never stay here again.
