The bath, service, and food were all excellent and I was very satisfied!Kasako's fried chicken was so delicious that I could eat it all the way to the head!It was a happy trip to be able to go with her!I will bring my parents again!Thank you very much for this time!

Zero stars.I don't usually write reviews.However, I am writing this so that there are no more victims.Without a doubt, this was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in.To everyone who is considering this inn, the low ratings are true.I could always hear noises from the next room and the hallway, making it unsettling.There were still colored contacts in the room that were probably used by the previous person.In the bathroom, there was a cotton swab that the previous person had probably used.The screen of the tablet device placed in the guest room is sticky with fingerprints.I'm sorry, but none of the food is worth the price.The closet where the futon was stored was musty, and the futon also smelled of mold.Everything is not worth the money.When I informed them of this and asked for a refund, they seemed to be bothered and refused to give me a refund.After explaining the above information many times, after a big sigh, they reluctantly agreed to refund a portion of the accommodation fee.However, despite my request for a refund, no matter how long I waited, I still didn't receive a refund.I consulted the agency where I made the reservation, and only after they contacted me did I receive a refund.I can't believe this inn still exists.

I was excited after reading the reviews, but the results were great! I think it depends on the room, but it was clean.The bath and food were both very good.All-you-can-drink until 9pm was very helpful ☆彡I was happy to see the fireworks beautifully (^^♪

The result was really good!We came by car, but what would we do if there was an oncoming car? It was a narrow and steep slope.There was a parking lot, but I didn't know how to park, so I called, but it was difficult to connect, so when I headed to the inn, they kindly helped me.Dinner and breakfast (we chose Japanese food) were both delicious and voluminous, and the all-you-can-drink options were great.I think it's inevitable that there will be insects since it's next to a mountain, but it didn't bother me. The view from the room was good and the customer service was good.

I mistakenly clicked on a different hotel and made a reservation at Ikkyu using my hometown tax payment, but I couldn't cancel, so I had no choice but to come.If you get scared because of bad reviews,No problem at allThe hotel was about half the price of what I usually stay at, so it was reasonably priced.The stairs may be tough, but the view from the room was nice.The open-air bath in the room had a great view as well.It's on the top floor. The bathroom had a great view and was well designed. I came in this morning and felt great.The evening meal was also delicious.Breakfast was also sufficient and delicious.I was serving a foreign customer, but he was very polite in Japanese and I felt good.The customer service may be local, but I could feel their hard work.I think it can't be helped that bugs fly into the bathtub because it's outside, and I think it can't be helped since it's standing on a mountain cliff.I didn't even notice that there were a lot of mosquitoes flying around despite the mountains.The construction of the building looks like it was built by a local construction company, but there are no problems with it.Everywhere was clean and I had a good time.I was able to enjoy the scenery and drink as much as I wanted until 11am, just before checkout, so there was nothing to criticize.Due to the location, if you are not used to driving, the roads may be narrow, but if you can drive a regular car, there will be no problems.I was happy to be able to spend time in the quiet.

I used it on a trip as a couple.It was a very good trip, the food was delicious and the customer service from the employees was great ^_^vI was grateful for the unlimited drinks until 21:00⭐︎Located on a hill, the view from the open-air bath was also amazing! However, the road was so narrow that if there was an oncoming car, it would be impossible to pass each other. Be careful if you are driving a large car such as an Alphard or if you have lowered your vehicle due to the extremely steep slope. It is recommended to check it on Street View once ^o^There was a water server in the private open-air bath, but there was no vending machine in the building, so it might be a good idea to bring some juice or something with you ^o^The foreigner guy had great customer service! !

I went on a hot spring trip with my family!The private open-air bath even came with drinks, and the food was so luxurious that I couldn't finish it ♡It is located at the top of a mountain and there are many stairs inside the building, so it may be inconvenient for small children and the elderly, but since it is on a hill, the view from the open-air bath was amazing ✨
