We chose the hotel because of the price and proximity to the airport. There is an unmanned registration system. However, when we arrived, the door code provided didn't work and we weren't the only ones who had trouble getting in.A group of young Japanese women had the same problem. We finally managed to come up with something together. On site, it turned out that the registration tablets had been unloaded! Together we tried to do something about it. After several minutes, the girls managed to contact the hotel staff by phone. If it weren't for these girls, we wouldn't have entered the rented room. They helped us.Wasted time and nerves. And since the door code didn't work, the three of us couldn't go to the store or for a night walk because someone had to stay behind to open the main door. Not to mention the large queue of people in front of the hotel and in the lobby who later had the same problem. The hotel itself was quite clean and tidy. There is air conditioning, access to a hairdryer, fridge and kettle.

It’s very near not only to the Haneda airport but also the nearest station. However, I don’t recommend you to use it.There’s no front desk only iPad and you call it to connect to their remote staff. The reply was the worst that I’ve ever seen.We didn’t notice there’s no staff in the hotel and called to the remote Staff if we can put the luggage before checking in.They said “didn’t you see the review on the website before you booked it? There’s coin locker in the nearest station, you can put your luggage there. All of Japan station has coin locker.”Unfortunately, there’s no coin locker in the nearest station and the reply was so terrible and rough. As selling point, the unlimited online movie and video, is not actually unlimited if you are not the member of Netflix and other streaming platforms. If you don’t have luggage and wanna staff to provide their services, I think it’s good choice:)

The hotel is managed virtually and can be difficult to access the front door if you're not a Japanese speaker. Once inside, you can call a virtual concierge service, who is very helpful and courteous. |The hotel is small but very clean and efficient.

Excellent value for money. Near the airport, quiet area with shops.Check-in was on a tablet, they sent us the code for the main door beforehand.Hotel with elevator.Clean rooms with air conditioning, although it leaked. They lend you slippers, but personal belongings are not included like in other hotels.

We checked in late after midnight and had to use the self-check-in process since there was no reception. The staff was very helpful and guided us through the process via a video call, which was very easy to follow. The room itself is cute and comes with a large projector screen and all the necessary amenities. The location is also great, with a Family Mart just a one-minute walk away. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

This hotel is as unsanitary as the rumors say.As mentioned in other reviews, I checked under the bed and found it covered in lint and dust, the bathroom was pink and slippery, and the wallpaper was peeling off in places. As rumored, I had a hard time getting a room pass. No one answers the phone, so it can be said that there is no customer service at all.You can hear voices from other floors, and you can also hear sounds from outside the building, so it's not soundproofed.I would like you to refrain from not changing the sheets or changing the bath towels if you stay for consecutive nights. Unlike toothbrushes, it is not customary in Japan to travel with a bath towel. There are no chairs in the room, so you can't hang your towels to dry. You won't be drying it in bed. However, since the location is good, this may be sufficient for those who arrive late at night and leave early in the morning, but it is not a stay-at-home type hotel. It was not a place to relax.
