Close to Haneda Airport, the large public bath is a great place to relax after a long international flight. When I went there around 8:30PM, it was empty. Even in the open air, you could feel the Japanese summer while listening to the sounds of the trains. The room was clean and separated from the shower room by a sliding door, giving it a home-like feel. After checking out, I noticed that I had left something in the refrigerator, so when I contacted the man who answered the phone, he kept it for a few days, and I am grateful for his kind response. However, I was disappointed in the response of the female front desk clerk when I went to pick up something I had forgotten in the heat of the day. Even though I was standing and waiting for my turn, I gave priority to the person sitting, and when I finally walked up to see that it was my turn, the person who was sitting again said, ``You have your turn,'' and took it away. In that case, it would have been better to have a voice that clearly explained the situation, such as "I'm sorry, but this customer was here first, so please sit down and wait." However, if the customer service is cold like this, a robot receptionist would be better off. As soon as I thought it was better. In fact, all she said to guests were phrases she had memorized by heart. Although it is a beautiful and conveniently located hotel, the customer service is disappointing. Although the breakfast menu at the bakery was delicious, the attitude of the customer service lady was disappointing.
