Several people each stayed in a room, but each room was hit or miss.My friend seemed to have a comfortable stay, but the unit bath in the room I stayed in had a strong smell of sewage. The built-in folding hair dryer was broken for one person and wouldn't work, and the one in my room worked but the folding shaft was broken, so it couldn't be fixed in the open position, and it folded by itself when I was using it. . The air conditioner also made a rattling sound when it was running, making it so noisy that it was difficult to sleep. The nearby Sotetsu Fresa Inn is better, so why not discuss it with your budget? By the way, there is only one check-in machine and there are many input fields, and it takes several minutes for each person to check in, so if you go there at the last minute, you may not be able to make it in time for the check-in curfew if it is crowded. There is. Please be careful

The hotel is very small and the room smells of glutinous rice. There are still a few hundred meters away from the subway station, which is uphill. I couldn't figure out the location for the first time. The only subway that is close is the Oedo Line, which is built in the center of the earth. When I went to bed at night, I found a bedbug lying near my pillow. Haha, the front desk said that there was no room available and they could not change our room, so we had to change it the next day. Didn't sleep well all night. Then I wanted to send my luggage to Osaka, but the front desk told me that it wouldn't arrive the next day and had to be paid on delivery. I was speechless and had to go to Lawson next door to send it. They were very patient and took care of it for me, and it arrived the next day. There seemed to be no Japanese, white or black people at the front desk of this hotel. The only Asian face I saw at the front desk had all katakana on his badge.

Avoid this place of possible,First staff is so rude. They judge you from the moment you walk in the door. They don’t really explain much.I lost my room key which i knew i had to pay. But what missed me off is they are so condescending about it. I asked for a new one and explained i knew it how much it cost. The front dest person then stated would you like to buy the key or you can go to your room: who asked a stupid question like that. When i told him thats why i told him i lost my key he just laughed. Also they make you pay 9000yen for a beat to hell key just to get into your room. They can even afford new cards!

I made a reservation for a double, but the semi-double bed was fine. However, the amenities were only provided for one person. There is only one bath towel and one room wear. I guess it's something like this because it's a hotel just for staying overnight. The cleaning wasn't very thorough, there was probably a contact from the previous customer falling under the face wash bottle, and the bathroom only had two shampoos and conditioner, no body soap. The room and bathroom were nice and spacious, but that's about it.

Don't be stingy and go to an APA hotel. There are many hygiene issues, such as the strong smell and stains on the towels.Of course the walls are peeling off.You can go to an APA hotel for 4 to 5,000 yen more, so I recommend that. I will never stay at this chain again.

First night the air conditioner did not work well. Maybe the air exchange was malfunction because the room just had a lingering smoke smell. I turned it to lowest setting to cool and it leaked on my head. In fact it leaked directly into my face and good thing it was a drop and rip or I could have had inhaled water into my nose.Second after I asked to get it looked at someone came adjusted the settings and asked me to wait a few minutes to see if that was better. Why? It was malfunctioning all night. They changed me to a different room on another floor, somehow it smelled even more of smoke even though it was nonsmoking. The good part, they provide a room refreshing spray do you can drown your noses senses in cheap fragrance instead of smoke. Win!!The third straw was when I was ready to check out I used the machines in the facility. No never do this!!! They are dirty and never cleaned, and not functioning. The drum clean cycle did nothing. When the water came and I saw how dirty it was, it nearly turned my stomach that my clothes were washed in that. But beggars can’t be choosers, I throw it into the dryer. 1 and 1/2 hour later and it wasn’t dry. The dryers don’t work at all either. So why would a hotel have facilities that don’t work but don’t put a sign up saying they are out of service? I don’t know. When I brought this up to the front desk she politely told me she’s not responsible for that not working. I use at my own risk. The problem is, why would a hotel have non functioning machines, I took at risk to see if it works? When you pay for something it should work. If it doesn’t put an out of order sign on it. It’s your hotel it’s located in. Why would I assume it’s idk to see if a dryer works when there is no indication it isn’t working. The risk would be using it with delicates clothes. That I don’t know. I do know i wasted 1800 yen when I could have gone to a laundry and spent 1300 yen and it would wash and dry in 60 mins.I recommend this hotel only if you see it below 7000 or 6000 yen per night. It’s not worth anything more and there are other options like APA hotel you can get for the same 13000 a night this place charges for terrible service, broken facilities, poor hospitality and the stink of smoke.
