According to the map, it is a 7-minute walk, but it is all uphill. If you are carrying luggage, it may take 15 minutes to walk, and there is no elevator in the hotel. You may need to walk up 5 or 6 flights of stairs after arriving at the hotel, which is not very suitable for carrying. Baggage walker. Suitable for those who want to lose weightThe room was normal and clean.

I stayed here for one night using TKP's shareholder benefits. As mentioned in other reviews, the journey to the hotel is a good exercise. There are bathrooms in the guest rooms, indoor baths, and open-air baths, and this time we used the open-air bath. The capacity of the open-air bath was about 2 to 3 people, and there was only one shower, but there was no one there and it was private, so it was very comfortable. As for the room, the refrigerator didn't get cold enough and there was no ice maker in the hotel, so if you want to drink a cold drink, we recommend buying ice at the convenience store in front of the station. The room was clean so it was a comfortable stay. Also, if you are going to the MOA Museum of Art near the hotel, the advance tickets sold at the front desk were cheaper than the online price, so you should buy them here!

This hotel is located up the hill from Atami Station. Due to the structure of the building, there is no elevator, but it doesn't really bother me. There are a lot of warnings on the website, so I wonder if people who complain about slopes and stairs haven't looked into it properly? I think so. At check-in, the staff were smiling, talking, and wearing cool clothes, which was nice.We were told that we could eat Wappa rice for dinner and a plate for breakfast in our room, so although it was simple, it was delicious and satisfying. The private open-air bath was also well-maintained and comfortable to use.Recommended for couples.

I stayed here for the purpose of hot springs. It's pretty tiring to bring suitcases in the middle of summer (lol).Although the straight line distance is short (you can see it from the station directly from the open-air bath), it's probably because it's a steep slope, so you only have to take a circuitous route, and at the end you get to the heart-breaking entrance. There were stairs and I was sweating. . I was hoping for something that would make me forget that, but I thought it was a waste because the staff were kind, but they didn't really smile and were unfriendly. It can't be helped that there are stairs to get to the room, but the room hasn't been thoroughly cleaned and the orange light on the air conditioner (it somehow says "clean") is blinking, so the air conditioner is 24 degrees, and even with the airflow turned on high, it doesn't work at all, so it's cooler in the hallway. I felt that. There's bittersweet sour in the refrigerator from the beginning, so maybe it's a service? I thought so, but it didn't get cold at all even after I put the water in, so I didn't check it every day, so maybe the person in front of me left it there. That's what I thought. Furthermore, I was shocked to find spider webs in the open-air bath. At 15,000 yen per night, I didn't think I'd want to come again. The only thing I would like to point out is that the customer service of the person who took me to the station in the courtesy car on the way back was excellent and I was able to go home comfortably.

There's nothing around and the baths close around 10 o'clock. As other people have commented, there was no elevator and it was quite difficult as we were on the top floor. The smoking area on the 6th floor also closed at 12pm, which made it quite difficult to wake up in the middle of the night. The service is not very good either, and all the staff are quite unfriendly. Not recommended for anyone seeking service. The cleaning staff had a poor service mentality. The room is about the size of a business hotel. I kept it clean so I appreciate that.

I stayed here with a friend on my first trip to Atami.First of all, there is a slope from the station, and there are stairs at the entrance to the hotel, so it will be quite difficult for those with carry-on luggage.Although it is inside the hotel, as other reviews have said, there is no elevator, only stairs. I was very grateful that my luggage was carried to my room when I checked in.Is there peeling on the walls in the building or lobby? There were some things like that, and I felt that there was not much cleanliness. I was looking forward to the open-air bath, but there were some things that were different from what I had imagined, such as the changing room being extremely hot and humid, and there being only one shower, so I decided to take an indoor bath instead. (There was another woman trying to take the open-air bath, but she ended up taking the indoor bath inside the building.) The hot spring was warm, but there was dirt floating in it. I was curious. The water pressure in the room was so strong that water splashed out every time I used it. I used it as written in the instructions, but even when I tried to reduce the water pressure, it did not weaken, and the water kept accumulating and my hands almost got wet...It was inconvenient. The breakfast bread was delicious 🍞It's in a quiet location, so I was able to sleep soundly♪

The hotel is alright, the rooms are great. the location is not good. its up the hill from the station while the city is downhill from the station. The biggest problem with the hotel is that there is no elevator.. and just to get to the lobby you need to talk 3 floors with your bags. If you are unlucky with your room you might have to talk like 7 floors with your bags to your room which is 100% unacceptable.

It was clean and clutter-free, and even though it was near the station, it felt like a hideaway and was comfortable. I stayed on the ladies' plan and was very happy with the service. If I had to say it, it would have been nice to have a towel hanger to hang bath towels.
