I stayed with three of my female friends. When we booked, we were in a Japanese-style room, but on the day of our stay, they changed us to a Japanese-style room with an open-air bath. The hot spring overlooking the ocean was absolutely amazing, and the food was kaiseki. All dining rooms are private rooms. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious and filling. The ryokan is directly behind Atami Station, and a shuttle bus leaves from Atami Station. It's also a good idea to go to the ryokan while sightseeing around Atami Station. To sightsee from the ryokan, you have to go up a steep hill.

I stayed here with my family during the Obon period. This inn is a long-established inn with great care. The cleaning is thorough, there is not a single dust, it feels very clean, and the customer service and service are perfect. There was a massage chair in the room, so I was happy to receive as many massages as I wanted. The food was very delicious and satisfying, and the garden was beautiful and there were carp swimming around, making it a long-established inn with a nice atmosphere. This was my second time here, but it is a ryokan that I would like to come back to again and again. Recommended!

I stayed with my mother and daughter who require nursing care level 2.I searched for accommodations recommended for the elderly and decided to stay here because I thought it would be close to the station, but contrary to my expectations, the building was far from barrier-free and was located on a hill, making it very difficult to move around on my own. It was in a place where I couldn't get it.The service was also very average for the price.I suddenly found myself needing sanitary napkins for a fee, and even though they are available for free at regular restaurants, I thought they were not considerate enough. The food was delicious. As for the hot springs, Sanno no Yu was the best.It has a very long-established feel. However, there are now many hotels where you can receive more impressive services for this amount of money. The accommodation was simply not worth the price and I was not satisfied with the poor cost performance.
