I stayed there this summer, and the view was great, but I was disappointed that there was no dishwasher, so I had to wash everything by hand.Furthermore, there was a leak from the kitchen sink, and a large amount of water leaked from there, so the kitchen was closed during my stay. It is no longer usable.There was nothing around the property so we couldn't use the kitchen and our holiday was ruined.I contacted the customer center, but they said that they couldn't do repairs late at night, so they couldn't do anything until I checked out the next morning, and the water continued to leak. The BBQ terrace was also not connected to the living room and we had to go down a steep staircase to get outside, which was very inconvenient.When I contacted the management company due to the poor response this time and asked for a refund of the accommodation fee, I was disappointed and was told that the accommodation fee would only be refunded for 15,000 yen (accommodation fee was about 70,000 yen), or how about a coupon of 20,000 yen? It was compatible.Furthermore, when receiving the refund, I was asked to fill out a written consent form stating that I would not disclose anything about this incident to anyone outside the company, which made me extremely uncomfortable.With this kind of attitude, I felt disgusted that the equipment was being treated like that.I then told the management company that I didn't need a refund as long as they wrote a consent form, but I haven't heard anything since then.I will use another company to book my holiday vacation properties in the future. I will never stay at a property operated by this company.

The room was very spacious and had a great view, and I was able to see the fireworks display, so I was very satisfied! The hot spring bath was also great, so I would like to use it again when I go to Atami with friends.
