It was great. I stayed here for one night. The owner was very nice. He gave me a gift when I checked in and out. He explained all the facilities very well. It was very nice. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the hotel room are particularly large, and the scenery is great at night. I will stay there again next time I come to Atami.

Although the time is set, I appreciate the all-you-can-eat ice cream service.Since there is only one bath, men and women are allowed to use it every hour.What I was most dissatisfied with was that I had to ask the staff to unlock the front door when I went in and out during the day.Other than that, I found it difficult to ask for things from the grumpy staff, such as asking to borrow an umbrella or cleaning the room.

距離は短いけれどかなりの急坂です。ゼイゼイ言いながらたどり着いたら温泉に入れます。その分お部屋からは景色が広がり初島、大島も見え、お茶を飲みながら海を暫く眺めたり。笑顔の優しいスタッフさんが出迎えてくださりました。館内はとてもキレイで、階段の隅もホコリひとつ無いのに感心しました。坂をまた上りたく無いので来る前に駅ビルの成城石井で夕食・朝食を買って持参。レンチンして食堂の窓から熱海の夜景を眺めながら食べました。I will go again.

There just happened to be a vacancy, so although I was a little worried as I had no information, I went ahead and made a reservation.Although it was about a 7-minute walk from Atami Station, it was a difficult climb for people with weak legs.At check-in, we received a welcome dessert, of course made by Chateraise.The double room had a shared toilet and bath, and the baths were rotated by men and women, and there was a time limit.It felt more like a training camp than a hotel or lodge.I don't mind because I like accommodations that leave me alone, but I guess I'll choose the person.[It was good point]・All-you-can-eat ice cream in the cafeteria, you can eat ice cream from morning.・You can use the shared kitchen, so you can cook for yourself as long as you have the ingredients.・The bath was reserved for the morning and night because I didn't meet anyone using the bath.[Points that caught my attention]・The previous user of the bath had left the hot spring water running, so the bath was extremely hot, reaching nearly 50 degrees Celsius.・The stirring rod in the bath is large and difficult to use.(Probably won't work well if you're a woman)・There are no lockers in the bath, so I'm worried about managing the room key.・The sound of the guide bell from the station may be difficult if you are not used to it.- No smoking as there is no smoking area outside the hotel

It was originally a Chateraise resort, so if you come here looking for hotel-like services, you may be disappointed.And the round trip from the station is difficult...◎The manager's calm and detailed response is amazing! (The cleaning is thorough and it feels good)◎You can spend a quiet time(I don't like the noise of loud people in hotels, so there are no such sounds, but I can hear train announcements and operating noises, so this may be a problem for people who are concerned about it.)◎Hot springs feel good(It's a system where the genders change every hour, and the time is set, so it's frustrating not being able to schedule the time you want.)◎Room size(I imagine it's like being assigned your own private room in a house. It's spacious and comfortable, but there's no toilet or shower room, and the toilet is shared in the hallway. You can use the large public bath for free time. I would be in trouble without it)◎Services such as welcome sweets and ice cream after bathing(Although there are not many types of drinks on sale, the prices are reasonable)Considering this, it is a facility that I would like to stay at again.【others】・Since the amenities are minimal, it is better to prepare your own.・No pajamas (gowns).[Overview]・Comfortable training camp! I stayed there for one night with my family on the 2nd of New Year's Day.I didn't have high expectations as I was staying using Chateraise points, but when I checked in, I received a welcome dessert and was shown to a special room, which was spacious and clean with a great view. I went to the hot springs privately with my son, and we also had all-you-can-eat ice cream, so we were very satisfied after taking a bath. I would like to try staying in other prefectures as well.
