The room was good for the price, but the food was a buffet, which was disappointing, but the good thing about it is that you can drink all you can drink alcohol and soft drinks.Furthermore, the all-you-can-eat crab meal was not politically delicious and felt like a waste of money.

First time in Atami. It's about 2-3 minutes from the station, so it's easy. The view from the room was not good. If you were in the main building, you might be able to see it.At night and in the morning, there is a buffet. all you can drink. There is a private bath available, but it costs 1800 yen. If you are alone, a large bath is sufficient.

I stayed here for one night on October 13th.Honestly, I had a few problems with this hotel.① Parking is difficult. Going by car is not recommended. The hotel is close to Atami Station and located at the entrance to a shopping district, but there were many tourists and the narrow one-lane road was congested with cars entering the hotel. It took 20 minutes to reach the parking lot entrance, and many cars (especially SUVs) could not enter the mechanical parking lot. I was instructed by a staff member to temporarily park my car underground, but was then left alone for over 20 minutes without any guidance. When I checked, I was asked, "Didn't you tell me about it?" and I was hurriedly directed to a nearby paid parking lot (paid the next day).In such a situation, wouldn't it be better to guide them to the paid parking lot from the beginning when there is a line of cars? There's no need to wait 20 minutes at the entrance to a parking lot or force a U-turn on a narrow road. In the end, it took over an hour from the time we arrived until we finished parking.② It is inconvenient to move around the facility.Although the hotel has many rooms, there are only two elevators. One of them was out of order, so when going to the room (8th floor), going to meals (13th floor), going to the public bath (1st floor), and heading to the front desk when checking out, etc. It was common to have to wait more than 10 minutes to use the elevator.③ I am concerned about the aging of the equipment.Although it is inevitable that facilities such as rooms deteriorate over time, elevators should be repaired as soon as possible. It is also unfortunate that the bedrock bath that the hotel sells has been unavailable for over half a year (probably since March?). I wondered if I was really motivated.④ OthersThe staff at the front desk were smiling and helpful. The food was mediocre and seemed reasonable for the price.I value the Itoen Hotel brand and hope for a little more overall improvement.

It's better to come by train than by car, and during the fireworks festival you'll have to wait a long time if you come by car, and there's only one elevator in the main building that's working, so it's a bit inconvenient. The night ladies at the restaurant on the 13th floor were making loud noises while cleaning up, and the floor was dirty. The table was also sticky and uncomfortable. The game corner in the main building was horrible. Even if there is a money exchange machine, there is no point in having a money exchange machine because even if you put in a 500 yen coin and a 1000 yen coin, they will come out.

Many things were out of order, including the bedrock bath, elevator, game center, and vending machines.I would like it to be repaired quickly since it is in a good location and easy to use.

I personally think it's a good hotel. The location is close to the station, within walking distance, and although the public bath is a little small, there is a sauna, so you will feel satisfied. Although it was an annex, it was built like an apartment and was quite beautiful. It's very cheap on weekdays, so I recommend it.

Room: Smells like cigarettes even though it is a non-smoking room.Service: I was told on the day that the dinner buffet could only be used after 5:00pm or 8:30pm because it was reserved for a group, I was told that the service room (table tennis room, etc.) could not be used on the day, and there were only 1 elevators. I could only use the base...Location: Good location, but there are a lot of foreigners hanging out in front of the hotel and there is a lot of trash.I think you should definitely stop! I regret it.
