If I had a wish, I would like the space for overseas guests and Japanese guests to be separated. It was the bed below.I have sensitive skin, so the Samue that was provided didn't fit my skin, so I had to wear pajamas. My room is dry, which makes me cough.Dust was accumulating at the air conditioner outlet.I hung a wet towel on a hanger. It's so noisy that I need earplugs, but sometimes it's loud! I hear a rumbling.Bed and pillows are hard.

There is a smell in the capsule room. Even if you use an air purifier, the smell can't be eliminated. The interior of the capsule is a bit stuffy. Other than that, the facilities and equipment are very good. It's a pity.

Accessibility itself is the best. The rooms were cozy and good, but noise caused by unmannered guests should be taken into account. I had a good stay and was about to check out, but I was not happy with the unfriendly response from some staff regarding how to check out. I hope to provide good service until the end.

I felt safe because I was the only woman there. When I talked to many foreigners, most of them didn't respond in Japanese, but they were all very kind, which was very helpful to me, who is 70 years old.I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

Impressive as a capsule hotel. Just for women. We have to wear their pajamas and slippers. We are provided with all the vanity. Very well organized. Located 1 street from all electronic stores, sci-fi, restaurants etc... The area of the hotel is very quiet.

Very convenient location near Akihabara station.I thought it was a capsule hotel that I could use with peace of mind as it was only for women.I don't mind the filth that other posters have commented on, and I think it's within an acceptable range considering the accommodation fee. However, the lounge was small and I couldn't relax and the bed didn't suit me and was too hard, causing back pain. I thought a business hotel would be better for my back, even if it was a little expensive.

I was planning to go to Tokyo and chose this hotel because it had all the amenities to lighten my luggage. There are rooms, lockers, and restrooms on each floor, but the shower room and sink are on the first floor, so it was a bit troublesome to wake up in the morning and go downstairs to wash your face.I was able to borrow clothes and towels for the hotel, but unfortunately the collars of the clothes were not ironed, so the collars were all crooked. The room looked clean, but it was a shame that there was a lot of dust on the overhead bunk (it was noticeable only because of the black cloth), but it's close to the station and has all the amenities, so overall I'd use it again. That's what I think.

I have stayed here many times every time I go to Tokyo.I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days in July this year. It's in a good location near the station, and it's cheaper than a business hotel, which is very helpful. There are many shower rooms, so I've never had to wait and have been able to take a shower right away every time. The amenities are quite complete: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash, lotion, milky lotion, toothbrush...I also appreciate that the lounge has a vending machine, microwave, and kettle.I always buy cup noodles and bento boxes at the convenience store and eat them in the lounge.I feel comfortable every time I stay here, but as other people have mentioned, I'm really concerned about the lack of cleaning. There was noticeable black mold in the shower room and it was scary, and there was a lot of hair in the bathroom. The building itself is also starting to show its age, and I feel that the overall appearance of the building is no longer as clean as it once was.The capsules are comfortable to sleep in, have plenty of amenities, have a washing machine and a coin laundry, and the service itself is good, but it's such a waste.I really like this hotel, so I hope they can somehow fix the lack of cleanliness.
