The room was clean and close to the station, so it was basically good.For breakfast, you will be given a 500 yen coupon from Dotour, so you have to go out of your way in the morning or go after checking out...I don't like it on rainy days.I stayed in a comfort twin room, but the bed position is higher than the normal stairs, so I think it's quite dangerous for elderly people to use the bathroom at night.Personally, why did I design it this way? …levelThe front desk is a foreigner, what will happen if a difficult problem arises? level of communication.

I made a mistake in making a reservation, so I called the hotel right away, but it seemed like only foreigners were there so I couldn't get through. I insisted on asking AGODA, the reservation site, and they couldn't understand anything, so they told me I could cancel, but I couldn't get a refund.I didn't understand what it meant to cancel after paying.I had no choice, so I emailed AGODA and they promised they would get back to me. If I did not meet the deadline and asked for a refund, the reply was that refunds were not possible, but cancellation was possible.They said the same thing. Please do not make any reservations. There is no consideration at all like Japanese people. My wife's parent is in critical condition and I made a mistake on the date, so I asked her to cancel but it was not possible, so it seems that cancellation is not possible for any reason. You should not use this hotel and AGODA. You should really avoid this hotel. The service is the worst.

Mineral mist sauna 😭 renovation work? It's been closed for about a year. sad~There is a Japanese spa nearby, so I went there for the sauna.I appreciate that the room is calm, there is a water server at the reception, and that laundry and drying costs 400-500 yen.

My biggest complaint was that when I booked the room, it listed two double beds and a pullout couch. This was ideal as it meant I could have one of my children in that pullout couch.Planning for this, I listed three people in the room. When I got there, no bedding for pullout was provided. I asked and was refused any without paying a much higher price. I complained, and the hotel staff told me to put my grown child in one of the beds with an adult.Needless to say I felt a little ripped off. Why would they advertise it without letting me use it. I rented the roon for that time, I was not destroying it and I wanted to use the listed features.Thus bothered me tremendously.

It was a beautiful hotel. No complaints. They will also store your luggage. Well, to put it bluntly, the water pressure in the shower and tap water was weak. There's also a refrigerator so you can have plenty of time. I'm glad that the living space is spacious, even though the toilet and bath are weak.There's no bathtub in the bathroom. There is no breakfast or dinner. The staff are kind and I am very satisfied. Thank you for letting me stay.
