It's safe to bring children, so I thought I'd use it again this year, so I inquired.Since July, the entire facility has been reserved exclusively.Very disappointing!

BEWARE: Came today in the middle of high summer and the place was…. closed. It only allows people with hotel reservations to enter the beach.

I didn't use the hotel, but in my personal opinion it was very good as there were few people and the sea was very clear and it felt like a private beach!

I will definitely not go again. The response from the man who seems to be in charge is the worst.Nothing in the plan I booked was provided. It wasn't just one thing, almost half of the items were not provided. Also, I can only bring what I pointed out.Normally, they will check to see if anything else is missing. It seems like they don't bring it out unless the customer confirms it each time.I don't know if they were told to come out because it was a hassle, but it was unpleasant.Of course, even if you point it out, you will be treated with a level-headed attitude and no apology. The facilities themselves have a Showa era feel to them and the overall impression is old and dirty. To feel this way at this price, I really regret booking here.

It was much smaller than I had imagined from looking at the website, and didn't feel like a resort. Most of the staff were high school students working part-time during summer vacation, so customer service and operations were not very good, and the Wi-Fi had an unnecessary filtering function (you couldn't connect to certain websites), which was a bit disappointing.

We did a kayak tour with Yoshi-san who was fantastic. Everyone was very accommodating as we even had to change our booking time. We kayaked through a small cave and saw small groups of fish. It was a very memorable experience made even better by the hospitality of the people there. Highly recommend.
