First of all, even though I checked in late, I was greeted warmly. On top of that, did you realize that the place for dinner was also closed? He even offered me rice balls. In addition, the atmosphere of the hot spring town and the atmosphere of the inn. It felt like I had traveled back in time to the Taisho to early Showa eras, and it really felt like the movie ``The Wind Rises.'' Once again, it was a wonderful inn.

I've been staying at Dorogawa for five years, and this is by far the worst. There is no receptionist upon arrival. Look for it yourself. Also, even if you make a reservation, there is no mention of the entrance (◯◯ welcome), but don't worry, your reservation has been made. Your luggage will be brought to your room. This is the only best service. There is an option with Wi-Fi, but please be careful as there is no Wi-Fi in the room. Also, there is no air conditioner. You can hear the noise from the next door. Please be quiet. In addition, the room is dusty and has a musty smell, probably because it's not cleaned properly. You can eat sweetfish for dinner, but it's only fried chicken or sashimi. Also, there is almost no explanation about the dinner. Please try to find out for yourself. Other than that, the customer service is garbage. Please avoid even the 1 star. I don't want to, but if I set it to zero, it would be 1 star, so I have no choice but to give it 1 star.I recommend camping outdoors rather than coming here.

My father-in-law took me to stay at Saratoku-san about 20 years ago. At that time, after climbing Mt. Omine for rigorous training, I took a bath in a hot spring, ate a delicious meal, and was able to greatly refresh my tired body. This time, I stayed at this Golden Week because I wanted to give my two sons the same experience. I hurt my knee playing tennis, and climbing the mountain itself was pretty tough, but the hot springs here eased the pain, and after bathing twice, I had almost no trouble going up and down the stairs the next day. The meal was a kaiseki meal with a small pot of duck. A lot of local ingredients were used, and everything was delicious, but this year I finally realized that the salt-grilled sweetfish in particular is said to be ``the guts of the sweetfish are delicious.'' There is a wide variety of items, and when you see them lined up in front of you, will you still come? After eating, I was so full that I couldn't move for a while. Most of all, I was moved by the kindness of the staff at the inn, which led me to write a post like this for the first time in my life. Thank you very much, Saratoku!! ️

The room is super bigAnd there’s a kotatsu! Foreigners should be very happy to have such a traditional Japanese inn! Just like a movie scene. The food portion is surprisingly large, with a lot of meatI think even young men can be full after exercisingThe room has a small garden, which is greatThe bathroom is a bit dated and may need to be updated. But shampoo and other supplies are great

A ryokan located in Dorogawa Onsen, an unexplored area in the mountains. It seems like it's run by a family, so there are likely to be differences between people who want friendliness and people who don't. Overall, I think it's a good old ryokan. The hot water in the shower in the men's bath was extremely poor, so I had a hard time washing myself, and the bath was a bit small, so it's not suitable for people who don't want to meet other people. I wonder if it's painful for three people. You can only buy food to snack on at nearby stores, so it's best to have it ready before you arrive.
